[Y/N's POV]

i cleaned up my whole house last night after knowing the last minute decision jungwon made.

after some time, jungwon finally entered my place and he immediately wanted to start working.

"i'll be doing most of the research while you.."

i'm not useless, jungwon.

"make the powerpoint presentation. that seems fair."

i didn't have the energy to argue and besides, making a powerpoint won't be too hard.

i opened my laptop and clicked on the powerpoint icon.

i started designing the 1st slide while waiting for jungwon's instructions.

"what happened to your hand?" he suddenly brought up a topic.

"ah, this? i slipped yesterday and got a wound."

"let me see." he says, grabbing my wrist.

of course i was startled.

he carefully unwrapped the bandage around my hand and examined my wound.

he looked at me, disappointed.

"you don't know how to treat your wounds, do you?"

"i do!" i argued back.

"it's clearly not treated."

"i just didn't yesterday, i was tired."

jungwon got up and grabbed my medical kit.

"give me your hand."

i hesitantly gave it to him. he's being nice all of a sudden.

"did you try washing this?"

i shook my head.

he sighed.

"go wash your hands, carefully. alright?"

"let's just focus on our-"

"how will you be able to work properly with an untreated wound? not treating it will only make it worse."

i got up and washed my hands in defeat.

he grabbed a q-tip and put some ointment on my wound.

it's not that deep. why does he care all of a sudden?

after treating it, he wrapped a bandage around my hand.

"done." he smiled.

.. but it soon disappeared as he looked at me.

"be careful next time!"

"don't be stupid by not taking care of yourself."

"i was gonna! mind your own business if you'll end up scolding me in the end." i say, turning to look at the computer.

"what?"

"where's your bathroom?"

i gave him the directions and he told me to take a small break since we've been working for 2 hours and a half already.
