Hello guys! I'm planned to try and start updating all my stories every weekend and during the weekdays I slowly update a couple hundred words each day.

If I have extra time I will try and update during weekdays as well. But school is always very time consuming and so are my sports.

Another ⚠️TW⚠️ for this chapter. Foul Language, Rape, sexual assault/domestic violence, and substance abuse. Possible SH or ED.

Meredith awoke and looked at the clock. Her surgery was in 5 minutes! She must have been in such a deep sleep she didn't wake from her alarm. She ran through the halls, being yelled at by many staff members before making it to the OR. She had no time to fix her bed head hair or take her pain meds. She knew that wouldn't be good.

"I'm so sorry I'm late." Meredith said while bursting in the scrub room. She toppled her hair into her scrub cap and began to clean her hands thoroughly.

"It's ok, meet me in the OR." Arizona said. Arizona noticed her shaking hands and panicked facial expressions. It wasn't as if she was nervous for the surgery though. It was something else. She did look more refreshed though. Her bags under her eyes were less pronounced and her body looked rested. Arizona was glad because this was going to be a long surgery.

Soon enough they were all scrubbed up and gowned. Ready to complete the difficult surgery ahead. The tumors were on both shoulder blades so Robbins was working on one and Torres the other. Each with their own intern to assist at them. Closer to the end of the surgery, Dr.Sloan would be there to help with the reconstruction. He was a plastic surgeon after all.

Meredith had been standing for at least 3 hours helping occasionally. Suddenly, Her legs started to tremble and her body began to ache. She felt pulses of pain seep through her spine. She closed her eyes really tight and counted to ten in her head. Once she opened her eyes it seemed as if the pain was worse. Her eyes began to glaze over and she knew she had to get out of there.

"Dr.Robbins." She croaked out. Trying to keep her voice calm.

"Hmm?" Arizona questioned, not taking her gaze from the delicate work in front of her. Jo looked up to see Merediths glassy eyes and stared in sympathy.

"May I- I be excused." She said blandly with her voice cracking. Arizona nodded not moving her focus. Meredith staggered backward and ripped off her gloves and gown. She started gimping towards the exit when she profusely tripped over a medical tray. That caused the entire OR to look up in her direction. She slowly made her way off the floor and groaned in pain.

"Meredith!" Jo exclaimed rushing over to her. She was confused at first, it was quite a delayed reaction. But suddenly she noticed the trickle of deep crimson blood crawling down her Scrub bottoms. She really didn't notice, she had quite a high pain tolerance. Arizona immediately paged Mark. Jo ushered Meredith out of the OR. Meredith was putting all her weight on her trying to fight off her tears as she was in unbearable pain. Once Mark Arrived Arizona quickly went out to follow them, the three went quickly to a private waiting room.

"Are you Ok? Did the scissors stab you or something?" Jo asked frantically helping her on the patient bed.

"No. I'm- I'm having a miscarriage." Meredith choked out through gritted teeth. Her body was in extreme measures of pain she didn't know how much more she could handle. Jo frowned and squeezed her hand tightly.

"Ok I'll be back later, I should probably help Dr.Torres." Jo said nervously, just as she started to head out the door Meredith spoke.

"Please don't tell anyone. And make sure Callie doesn't as well." Meredith said quietly. It was barley audible and her voice was empty. Jo nodded and quickly rushed out of the small room.
