"And then I was like, 'I gotta take a dump!' and ran the hell outta there! Thanks for the advice—I hate you— it made me sound really smart!" Hawks laughed, genuinely finding his antics hilarious.

It had been a few months since he started his infiltration, finally finding himself near enough to the league to get introduced to some of the members. Dabi probably thought that Twice was the safest bet considering his nature. He couldn't have paired him up with a more perfect person, having already given him a collection of information to take back to the commission. All he needed to do now was figure out how to contact them without being suspicious, which is easier said than done.

He was surprised to see that everything was going well; considering the league was involved, he had been able to assimilate and act accordingly, pushing aside his emotions and morals quite easily. Scarily easily. Maybe it was because he could sympathize with them; society had failed the league, and now they're acting on that disappointment through their anger. He could see himself joining them if the commission hadn't gotten to him before then, and seeing these people, as Twice calls them, family. It isn't like these people are sinister bad guys all the time; they were dependable and pleasant at times.

Except for Toga, that girl is crazy.

Hey, maybe he secretly wanted what they had. Having never had a family before, or, at least, a family that cared for him, he secretly found himself wanting to give up on the mission and join them for good. It was a tiny voice in the back of his mind; an impulsive thought that seemed to quiet down once he remembered that what they do is causing pain to many throughout Japan. He has to remind himself that these people chose to do bad things for the sake of themselves; that they're selfish and a danger to society. Whether they can change is a question for another time.

He had gotten accustomed to his double life; going out in the public with a smile and coming in to the league's base like he belongs. He was glad that, for the most part, he did not need to do much "villain" stuff, but he was also aware of the lack of trust that the league still had with him. Except for Twice, but he's like this with everyone.

"Hey Hey, Hawks! I wanna show you something— idiot, not now!— now that you're part of the league," He paid more attention now, knowing that whatever Twice was about to tell him could be important to his mission, "Once Dabi gets that stick out of his ass— don't tell him I said that— you'll be able to go on jobs with us! And if you get hurt— I hope you die— you'll definitely need to see her."

"Really? Well, let's check it out," he felt himself inwardly tense at the mention of this person, "lead the way, big guy."

He expected the league to have some type of medical connection for when they would get critically injured, but he never expected them to have their own private medic. It makes sense that they would have the resources now that they have joined, or, for better terms, taken over the Meta Liberation Army, but it seems that Twice might be more familiar with them than just for healing.

He pushes his thoughts away, looking around and memorizing the path towards the healer. Before, he thought that the biggest obstacle for the heroes might be Jin, but it might just be this healer girl. If her quirk is strong enough to be regarded by the league, then that could be a problem; she might be able to heal all of the villains injuries, making it difficult to bring them into custody. He might have to change his plan of attack after all.

They continued walking through the corridor, finally reaching a door with the numbers 419 on it.

"Alright, we're here! Lemme go in first or she'll try to kill you," Hawks chuckled, making mental notes as he entered the door, walking in to see light grey walls and a whole lot of plants, "I'm so excited— stop being a little bitch!"
