After Effects

Aliesia raised her head and waited for Cameron to join her under the tree.

Cameron came down with a flourish of wind and closed his wings against his back. Walking over to her he sat down next to her, nearly pushing her over when he decided to suddenly flop against her and 'stretch his legs'.

Aliesia shook her head at him after sitting moving her body back upright and looked down on his lackadaisical form and spoke to him through the mind link with a laugh. 'You're such a child sometimes.' Spinning his head upside down to look at her he smiled and quickly flicked his tongue out, huffing a laugh afterwards. 'Well now, I didn't have to wait very long to have my point instantly proven! Now, What's up Cameron? Are you here to train to? or just mess with me?'

'Weeeell, since you asked me so nicely! The sky! the clouds, some dragons~... more deeply though...the infinite universe just beyond our reach!... and yes... to both' This time he laughed harder, his eyes becoming slits and his sharp teeth glinting in the partial sun.

Aliesia rolled her eyes at his sarcasm 'Oh my gosh Cameron, shut UP!!' She let out a long laugh, unable to stop herself and laid her head on his shoulder that was pushed under her neck when he had stretched.

He looked at her sideways with a dragon-ish smirk before answering her question. 'But on a more serious and adult note, i'm here to train and we should probably be start right now kat. Your mom will be beyond mad to find that her heir is lazing about under a tree, just WAITING to get fat!' He let out a screeching laugh before pushing her all the way over and hopping up and running away with spread wings into the air.

Aliesia closed her dropped jaw and clambered up to chase after him. 'Oh. My. Gosh! You did not!! You had better run fast punk, cause you are SO gonna get it if I catch you! You're gonna wish you had never met me!' and she tore after him, digging her claws into the earth to speed her up.

He laughed a startled choking laugh, he stumbled slightly before  he pushed his wings faster to avoid her and winked at her as he said 'oh, trust me hun, I already do!'

Laughing and calling jabbing insults at each other they wrestled, trained and lunged at each other and flew all around, caught up in the fun of it until they could barely lift their wings to fly anymore.

Landing back on the ground they collapsed in breathless laughter. Shifting back to their human forms they still laid on the ground trying to get their breath back and wiped the sweat from their faces, Aliesia fanning her face to try and cool down. They stayed like that for a little while they ignored the strange looks of those that were beginning to trickle in now that it was midday and had been coming throughout the morning to train.

Aliesia tiredly got to her feet panting lightly now and sauntered over to Cameron who was still on the ground, his face tinged a light red from the heat of their workout, "Aaaaaw, can the poor wittle dwagon boy not get up?" she smirked at him when he looked at her with a faux offended gasp, putting his had to his chest as he said 'My lady! Are you talking about moi?' Her laugh died down when she recognized the look that came over Cameron's face. "No, Cameron, no! Don't you dare-Ah!"

Suddenly Cameron swung his body around and knocked her legs from under her, causing her to fall flat on her butt with a startled squeak passing her lips. Sitting back and putting his knees up he allowed a cocky half-smile to traipse across his face as he put his arm across his knees and replied "Aaaaaw, can the poor wittle dwagon heiress not hold her gwound?" laughing at the still stunned expression on Aliesia's face he stood up and offered her his hand.

She took his hand and played the classic of classic tricks; yanking his hand as hard as she could she caused him to fall right back down, half sprawled across her legs with his face almost in the dirt and she burst out laughing again. "Classic, Cameron."
