Late Night Dance

Around eleven at night Barry couldn't sleep, he could only keep thinking about Vanessa and it had him going completely insane.
He knew that he loved her and that he wanted to see her, but he couldn't risk leaving the hive so late. He didn't even know where she lived so how could he just leave? What was he gonna do? Search every house in the town and find her home?
That's exactly what Barry did, he jumped out of his bed and put on his yellow and black sweater, he flew down his stairs and went through the front door.
The hive was cold and quiet, not a single noise, not a single person was out, He then made it out of the hive without running into anyone.
Barry flew away from his hive and towards the city, he could see the bright lights of each home go out as everyone had been getting ready to sleep. He looked high and low for Vanessa's home, he didn't know how he could ever find her. As he was ready to give up and go back to the hive he heard someone shout.
Barry turned around to see Ken, Vanessa's boyfriend. He saw Ken leave an apartment building and then he saw her, Vanessa running after him. Barry waited for their feuded argument to end, he saw Vanessa walk back to her apartment. He went after her and when she saw him she smiled, he wanted to cheer her up and by doing so he asked her to dance with him in the park.
Vanessa and Barry walked there and made their way to the center of the park where the fountain was, Vanessa raised my finger and Barry held onto her fingernail, he spun her around and she would twirl around.
They danced for the rest of the night like this, at the end of the night. Barry wanted to kiss her but he had remembered she still has a boyfriend and retreated the idea.
Barry went back to the hive and Vanessa went back to her apartment where she knew Ken probably returned had back and might be wondering where she was.
While Vanessa walked back, Barry
flew above her and made sure she made it back safely. When Barry went back to the hive he kept on wondering if he had leaned in to kiss Vanessa, would she have kissed back?
