Barry just found out that his girlfriend, Vanessa cheated on him, after everything he had gone through just to get her back.
She told him to eat his salad and calm down but he simply had lost his appetite after what she had just revealed to him. He just couldn't believe it, She threw it all away? Just like that.
Everything had been thrown away  all because of her. Barry yelled at her and kept asking her with who? and why she would ever do that to him? why she would cause this pain upon him? All she had to say to him was that since he was a bee and she was a human, he couldn't even kiss her or anything so why would she wanna be with him?
He yelled at her once more demanding to know who she had been with and she simply replied with the one name Barry didn't want to hear

He just couldn't wrap his mind around this, what happened? She was so happy with him yesterday when they were running from the church. So what happened to make her change her mind about Barry? He didn't even want to look at her, so he didn't.
He asked her why she did this after what occurred yesterday and she told him that was a mistake, and she should've just ignored him and married Ken.

In a fit of rage Barry swooped near her arm.
Vanessa looked at her arm and yelled out
"ow, did you just sting me?!" and as soon as those words had left her mouth, she knew what that had meant. She screamed at the top of her lungs, she watched Barry as he fell from her arm and she caught him with her two hands before he hit the floor. She started sobbing while telling him everything was gonna be okay, she apologized to him then told him to wait for a moment as she ran to the other side of the bed where she had left a toothpick from a sandwich she grabbed it to replace where his stinger was before but when she heard Barry call her when she was looking it, she came up to him and asked him what he needed. Barry told her that he would always love her even after he was gone, even after what she did to him, and made her promise him that she would never ever forget him and their history. Vanessa promised but she told him he was going to be okay and he would get through this, her eyes widened as she saw him close his eyes. She yelled at him to open his eyes and she kept telling him she was sorry for everything but just like that Barry's life with Vanessa flashed before his eyes, to him first meeting her, to getting her flowers, to confessing his love for her, and to running away with her from her own wedding.
And in that very moment Barry shot her one last smile and then had taken his last breath.
