Mark's POVSince the start of his career, Mark had got used to the long hours that came with being an idol and having little rest as a reward, but the occasional 12 hour work days were still just as brutal. Like today, he arrived at the studio at 7am, working for 6 hours, had a 2 hour meeting (poorly disguised as a lunch break, but at least the manager paid for his ramen) and then another 6 hours on a set hours away from his home - so it wasn't even a 12 hour day at that point. It was 11pm when he got home. Mark would be lucky to get 5 hours of sleep after he had a shower. Perhaps, he is being overworked.
Mark was barely conscious by the time he crawled into bed at 12:30 am, but before he could finally crash for the night, he remembered the envelope his manager had handed him earlier. Truthfully, it only crossed his mind because he was explicitly told he couldn't open it until he got home. Once Mark finally mustered up enough energy to get out of bed, he slid out of bed and retrieved it from his bag. His fingers traced over the expensive looking card stock, noticing that there was no return address. Whoever this was wanted Mark to keep the contents of this envelope.
He tore open it open, not paying any attention to the note that came with the other contents. Mark screamed. Inside, there was a backstage pass and front row seats to Yuta's next concert the following week. Sure, the last (and only) time Mark had seen Yuta in person, he'd been brutally rejected - but this time he was hopeful. Who was he to refuse fate when it handed Mark a backstage pass for free?

Mark wasn't sure why he hadn't bought a pass before, probably because in order for Yuta to recognise him, he'd have to take his mask off, which isn't brilliant when they're most likely surrounded by people who would also know who he is too. It was easy enough to avoid getting recognised in a crowd. With a hat, mask and glasses, most people assumed he was someone's boyfriend getting dragged there against his will. Besides, the audience, filled with mostly teenage girls, were too busy crying to pay notice to the random guy standing amongst them. He wasn't exactly threatening. Mark couldn't blame them either; Yuta kind of unapologetically steals attention.
Looks like his peasant ticket was going to get burnt.
He was going to meet Yuta again and this time, he can't storm out on him,, , maybe they'll even talk it out. Maybe Yuta was completely straight and Mark was going to apologise for coming on to him,, , or maybe Yuta was just embarrassed before (that's what Mark assumed anyway) and this time he would scoop Mark up in his arms and they'd run out together. Then after having a super romantic date,, , Yuta would propose. Then they'd get married back in Canada and have around 10 kids (or however many Yuta wanted). After they had met each other's parents of course, Mr and Mrs Lee already of Yuta and were excited to meet the apple of Mark's eye for years- that and they were getting tired of watching Yuta's stages whenever their son visited. Mark had thought about this a lot.
