[WARNING]: This book will contain mature themes such as: Violence, Disturbing Imagery, Sexual content, extremely unacceptable behavior expressed by the antagonist, kidnapping, Dark, uncomfortable and disgusting topics, etcetera. Not suitable for readers under 18. A 'Yandere' should never be sought out in real life as they are incredibly toxic, dangerous and abusive. I do not condone the actions and/or the ideals of 'yanderes', this is purely fictional and should never be emulated in reality.

[WARNING/TRIGGER WARNING (TW)]: This chapter contains depictions of gore and violence.

The antagonist (the 'yandere') is supposed to be unsettling and immoral (abusive), I do not condone his ways.

Much to your dismay, the windows are boarded perfectly in the library. So there isn't any chance for you to peek out. Time to investigate the books.

However, that pesky, intrusive voice reprimanded you for thinking of doing such things. It suggested that you're going to make Husband sad by going against his orders. For sure, it was difficult for you to argue with it since its' presence was boomingly loud.

But, you did have a few tricks up your sleeve to liberate yourself from this guilt. Husband 'allowed' you to entertain yourself by reading, you're merely doing what was granted with permission. Hence, you're not 'snooping' around like a rat.

That brilliant reasoning seem to dim the voice considerably. You expressed a satisfied grin before letting your fingers run through the spines of his books. Some had faded titles, some doesn't even have one at all, some were dusty and some were too worn out to be handled.

You sighed. What should you read? None of them looked like simple fairy tales you can tell to a child. They're mostly— probably encyclopedias of a certain field.

You shrugged, maybe if you try your luck and pull a book out randomly, it'll be interesting enough to keep you occupied.

You closed your eyes and hovered your index finger around. It soon landed on a (favorite color) book with a considerably thick width.

Thinking nothing of it, you dug your fingers between it and the shelf to pull it out.

You jumped in shock and let go of the not-so-innocent book, what made that noise?

You looked around fearfully and shuddered. Nothing in the library seem to change, you tried pulling the 'book' out of the shelf again, now with shaky fingers.

There it is. It seems to be 'stuck' there as you're using most of your strength to try and pull it out. It does not go beyond a 45° tilt, something must be keeping the book in place.

You closed one eye and looked through the gap between the book and the shelf. How unexpected, the 'book' seems to be a decoy— no, a part of a lock mechanism to something. The 'book' is attached to a metal arm protruding out of the wooden shelf.

Blood starts pumping throughout your body, this is so exciting. Something new, something fun! What will it lead you to? A secret door? Some forbidden technology? Or, or even to freedom?
