Heeseung's demon was nothing but hunger, a void pit in his heart.

Hunger for more and more, for something that he knew was very wrong. He wanted bloodshed, he wanted to be the reason behind the death of many.

But why? Why such dreams?

He saw the uniqueness in death, he was shown the potential of being full as a murderer. He was brought to see the art in the red swirling liquid that flowed through each one of us.

And now, he was left on an edge, craving for more and more of the grotesque advent. He knew this was terrible, that it was horrible. But who was there to stop him?

No one.

There was no one, right?

He watched from the balcony, looking at Jay sitting on a rock, probably trying to make the newly found radio into a better version.

Jay holds as a symbol for many of his memories. Jay stands in his first murder, in his first genuine smile, near the horizon of his dreams, and beside his restrains.

The demon inside him shifted uneasily as it saw Jay smile softly at the radio, his eyes lifting up slightly.

Jay was like a new breeze to Heeseung.

"You make me feel like it's okay to be included, that it's okay to be the same as someone." Heeseung muttered to himself, "Only you do."

The clawed hand reached for his heart, trying to shut it from thinking such thoughts, to stop him from straying away from the burning hunger.

It's tail roped his soul tightly, it's voice repeating the same words, "Unique, be unique." All of his body shivered in the sunlight.

Yes, different. He should be different.

"It was him who introduced you to this world. He gave you this chance to be different." The demon whispered, "He wants you to be different too."

Manipulation covered in silk, now called convincing.

"Yes," Heeseung spoke, "He wants to me to be different too." A spark in his eye, "I should not think of anything else."

The demon backed away, its hands slowly wrinkling back from his heart, its whisper now turning into fading mist. Heeseung smiled, happy to know that his demon's tension and worry grew less.

Or that's what he thought.

The demon didn't retrieve his hands back because he was relieved. It did so because this was the first time Heeseung wanted to do something for someone else.

This was the first time he listened to someone else's reasoning over its own.

He obliged to Jay, not to its own dark, cruel will.

The demon retrieved his hand back in trepidation.

Sunoo and Jungwon sat beside Ni-ki, watching him eat his fourth bowl of ice cream.

"Why are you treating me to ice cream?" Ni-ki asked with his mouth full, causing Sunoo to grimace in disgust, "Why, was i really that good yesterday?"

Jungwon laughed as Sunoo let out an amused grunt, "You were alright for your first on-ground mission." Sunoo began, "But I was way better."

Ni-ki smiled at this, putting in another spoon of fudge in his mouth. Sunoo watched on as Jungwon ruffled the hair of the youngest, telling him false stories of Sunoo's failures.

For let me tell you one thing, Sunoo never fails.

Or maybe he just doesn't talk about them.

Regardless, Ni-ki laughed heartily, leaning towards the two. Sunoo felt himself smile at the scene, somehow liking the lift of the other's cheekbones and his cheery presence.

"You know," started the youngest, "Maybe I could become your superior one day. I could lead armies to war and conquer peace." He said boldly, his face glowing with a grand look.

Jungwon laughed loudly at this, causing Ni-ki to pout softly, "What dreams you have!" he cackled, only to be silenced by Ni-ki disappointed face.

"Ni-ki," Sunoo spoke, his voice soft, "Maybe you can do it." At this, the glow on the youngest face resumed and he began talking loudly again.

A delicate feeling settled on Sunoo's heart.

It wasn't something of extreme emotions, it was just something to hold on to, to rest within and to be calm. It was something beautiful.

Beautiful like light.
