chapter fourteen | big time girl group
"Oh, they're sassy." James muttered, watching Kat's Crew walk away from the four boys. He immediately shook his head, "We're not good with sassy!"
Kendall raised up his finger in the air, "But we know someone who is."

The four boys stood in front of apartment 3J, knocking rapidly on the wooden door. Within moments, the door swung open and a familiar blonde was standing in the doorway, looking less than pleased at the noise. Rosalie, dressed in a black pleated skirt with a black shirt tucked inside and a pair of thigh-high black boots, stared at her boyfriend and friends with a raised eyebrow.
"We need your help!" The four immediately cried out.
Sighing, Rosalie turned around and made her way into her apartment, leaving the door open for them to enter.
Walking over to the couch where her black jacket with white details laid, she raised it and threw it on over her shoulders as she questioned their reasoning for assistance.
"Gustavo hired this new girl group named Kat's Crew." Logan started, not noticing how Rosalie paused at the mention of the girl group.
Kendall continued, "He gave them their own poster and our song!"
"And I had a really cool idea for a music video!" Carlos cried out, crossing his arms.
Finally, James finished, "And we need your help getting them out of the studio before they kick us out."
Turning around to face the four, whose hands were all in a pleading matter, Rosalie sent them a tight smile. She shook her head, "I can't help you guys."
"What?"
Sighing, Rosalie sat on the edge of her couch and looked up at the four, "Do you guys remember who wrote the song?" They each pointed towards the blonde who nodded, "Yeah and I also kind of gave Gustavo my permission to have Kat's Crew try out the song."
The blonde winced as the four yelled out in shock.
Gustavo had informed Rosalie of the possible new addition to Rocque Records the day before. He had explained that if they enjoyed their trial day at the studio and he saw potential in them that they would be joining Big Time Rush and Juliette Star. In order to make them feel welcomed, Gustavo had ordered them their own poster and asked Rosalie if she would be willing to allow them to record I Know, You Know and Rosalie agreed.
Carlos pointed at the girl, "How could you do that to us? Y-You betrayed us!"
Rosalie rolled her eyes at his dramatics as she hadn't seen the scenario as a betrayal. This was the way that most business in the music industry had gone and Rosalie had been used to the processes of receiving songs and giving them away. Then again, she had been doing this for the past seven years.
"I am not a traitor." The blonde defended herself, only to be met with murmurs of disagreement based off of her decision with the song. Sighing, Rosalie reached over for her bag and threw it over her shoulder as she started towards the front door, keys in hand. Taking a glance back to the four, Rosalie continued, "Look, I made the decision. Can't you guys just try seeing this from another point of view that doesn't involve everyone against you?"
After receiving no response, Rosalie turned back to the door and opened it as she stepped outside of her apartment.
"I'll be at Rocque Records if you four decide to come around and I hope you do."
