"Visiting for the weekend?"
(Y/N) turned around to see a grey, black, and white border collie greeting her.
"Not really but, slowly getting used to the change in scenery."
"I'm more used to the suburban areas."
(Y/N) shook her head almost forgetting to introduce herself to the friendly local.
"Sorry for not introducing myself, I'm (Y/N)." (Y/N) said as Summer chuckled.
"You don't need to apologize."
"Summer's the name and never the other seasons."
"You kind of reminded me of someone else." Summer said as (Y/N) gave a confused look.
"And who might that be?" (Y/N) asked as Summer hummed.
"A cute dalmatian who had white spots of the Canis-Major constellation on his right ear."
"Though, I wasn't the least bit fond of him."
"Expressing his previous thoughts on the locals in Cornwall." Summer said as (Y/N) winced imagining the thought.
"I don't know much about history but, he should at least consider the thought of."
"Most of his previous ancestors were definitely locals trudging on their own."
"Until reaching a friendly bond with humans." (Y/N) said as Summer giggled.
"I still wouldn't be that harsh towards Dylan."
"But, I can see the shocked look on his face if you were to say that to him." Summer said as (Y/N) shrugged.
"I'll just keep that in mind if I ever meet him." (Y/N) said as Summer sighed.
"Well, he lives in the city."
"So chances are, mostly during another holiday getaway..." Summer said as (Y/N) frowned hearing a slight sad tone in her voice.
Summer instantly spoke up before (Y/N) tried to apologize for a second time.
"I mean, I'm looking forward to seeing him again."
"Not sure if you met Spike yet but,"
"He also misses Dolly who's one of Dylan's siblings." Summer said.
"Oh, the surfer doberman wearing a shark tooth necklace."
"He's chill and even chuckled."
"Remembering when Dolly's dad tried to lighten the mood during a dangerous tidal wave."
"By embarrassing his daughter when she tried to say they were just 'friends'." (Y/N) said.
"Still, a sight of one hundred and one dalmatians at the country side is something you don't see everyday." Summer said as (Y/N) gasped.
"I'm not doubting you but, I really want to see it to believe it." (Y/N) said as her eyes beamed with excitement while Summer laughed.
"I'll remind you when they're here."
"In the meantime, let's catch up with Spike."
"I heard he really wants out of a boring, wait and see sort of fishing game." Summer said as (Y/N) walked alongside her.
