What's next?

Jody's POV:

We'd been cuddling for a while in silent. But I knew we had to start talking about what to do next.

J: how is this going to work I cannot hide it for much longer.

T: I guess we will have the tell Mike and may-li.

J: well how about we get to the 12 week scan then tell them. We can ask to leave care, signs the forms to live together then they have no power over us. We are both over 16 so legally can.

T: okay we should start that process before you get a bump.

He looked at my belly and placed his hand on it.

T: don't think I will get used to this. Let's have out first appointment then start the leaving care process it will quite long so don't want to leave it to the last moment.

J: I'll ring my doctors in the morning and get it all set up. Honestly no idea how this all works.

T: we will figure it out together

J: No idea what they will all say. I'll go and tell Sasha.

I walked over to Sasha and knocked on the doorm as soon as she opened it I hugged her sobbing. I didn't even hsve to tell her the result.

S: it will all be okay, don't worry.

I told her our plan about leaving care and waiting until after the scan to tell people.

S: don't worry I'll keep my mouth shut. Hopefully your sickness goes away or they will suspect something.

J: I'll manage it. Thank you for your help today sash.

S: you're welcome, i cannot beelvie you will be leaving this place.

J: I can't believe I'm having a baby.

...

We went down for dinner and I eyed Tyler. He gave me a reassuring nod. I really did not want to eat anything I had not been hungry for days but I knew I had to eat. For the baby.

Mike: spaghetti Bolognese for dinner you lot.

I kept thinking how mike would feel. I know he will be upset we broke the number one rule in this place and got pregnant which is the main reason for that rule.

Tyler's POV

I cannot stop looking over a Jody who was just playing with her food. I tried to tell her with my eyes she had to eat. I could see she was trying. I wanted so bad to come over to her but we needed to keep acting as just friends.

Tonight we were playing a big game of charades. I sat next to Jody, it felt wierd not touching her but I couldn't. First up was Finn trying to act out Peter Pan, he struggled but we finally guessed it. Then he picked Jody up next. She got up there and started miming it was a film, 2 words. She mimed love meaning romcom and looked straight at me then instantly relasied what she did so glanced away. I made me laugh inside.

After about an hour of this the younger ones had to go to bed so Jody and I went upstairs too.

I whispered as we walked up the stairs.

T: I am going to visit you tonight if that's okay. I jsut want to hug you tight.

J: sounds perfect.

We do that sometimes we've only had sex a handful of times. Just clearly not careful enough.

I walked into Jody's room. She was wearing the same silk pajamas from the first time we were ever intimate. I climbed into bed in my boxers and she snuggled into. I put my hand on her belly, o can't believe we've created life. I know I should be a little upset as we are so young but I am so happy, I cannot wait to be a Dad.

J: I guess this is the start of out life together. No stupid arguements, can't go back now. You're suck with me.

T: I'm glad as I love you and I cannot wait to have this baby with you Jodes.

We snuggled all night with my hand there I wanted to feel something but I know it was way too early. She did not have a bump but just the natural curves of her body made me feel there was something there.

They next morning Jody rang the doctors to inform them of the pregnancy they did some questions over the phone but said she needed to wait for a letter regarding the scan. Nothing else was needed until then as long as we were sure we wanted to keep it (there was no doubt about that)

J: I can't believe we have to wait another 6 weeks for the scan. They jusge timings after last period so I am 6 weeks pregnant not 5. They said the fact I took morning after pill won't have affected the baby which is good. I have a while list of things I cannot do it eat.

I looked at it, most of it was obvious some I was suprised with.

T: I think we should start the leaving care process soon it could take months and we don't want to risk them finding out and splitting us up.

Jody sighed but knew I was right

J: we will go and speak to Mike
