Tyler's POV

Out first night in our new flat was perfect. Mike gave us some money for a takeaway so we could focus on getting things organised. We got the bedroom ready and then moved to the kitchen and living room. Once the essentials were done. I took Jody's hand and led her to what will be our baby's room.

T: I cant wait to paint this and buy furniture. I placed my hand on her belly. This is the start of our lives together.

She cuddled into me looking around the room. The doorbell went which must be the pizza.

Tyler went to the door. I heard a commotion go on.

T: what, what are you doing here. Go away you cannot come in.

Man: I need to see her you idiot move out the way

I recognised the voice but could not place it.

T: Jody isn't here it's jsut me, go away.

Man: I know she is, I saw you both move in

Finally, I realise who it was.... Kingsley. Mike said social would most likely inform my mum she must have told him.

I was frozen unsure what to do. So I hide do I confont him. I put my hands over my belly protectively. I can't go to him he will surely kick me.

Tyler: well you ain't having her your I'll have to get through me first.

I picked up my phone and dialled 999. Call handler said 10 mins and someone will be there. I could hear some punching and panicked. I cried down the phone that I was scared. She said to put it on load speaker so they had anything on tape to make sure he gets sentenced. I hurt Tyler scream. With that I couldn't stand it anymore and went to his aid. I hoped to suprise would help in my favour. It's like boxing I tell myself. He was facing the wrong way but I saw Tyler looking bruised.

I came up and kicked him straight in the back and then on his leg so he fell to the floor. Tyler then jumped and landed on his arms pinning him down. I could hear the sirens and knew it was not long til they were here. Tyler looked bad but Kingsley looked worse. He must have put up a fight to protect us.

As the police came they detained Kingsley and they transported tyler and I to the hospitsl to check Tyler's injuries and checked me not the baby had been harmed I reassured them I was okay. On the drive over they said they would contact us for a statement tomorrow. I called Mike. How the hell did he know where we lived... We had just moved in.

Jody: how did Kingsley know where I lived.

Mike: what, Jody are you Tyler okay

Jody: we are currently on way to hospital to check out Tyler's injuries but I am fine.

Mike: oh no,. Your mum came by once we'd informed social. They said they had to inform her. She was so pissed at us for allowing you 2 to be together and I did explain. Then she saw your address on. The desk I quickly moved it but she must have memorised it. I'm so sorry Jody. We will get you moved instantly and we can sort out s restraining order on you mum as well as Kingsley for the both you and your baby.

Jody: I just can't believe it. It's my life. What does she care. And Kingsley can't play to protective brother now. Anyway. We are here now I will let you know the situation when Tyler has been checked over.

I ended the phone call I looked at Tyler. I think he was still pumped with adrenaline as he was not seeming to present any pain but his head had definitely been knocked a few times. I just squeezed his hand tight and mouthed "I love you" he smiled and could not move a lot of his face.
