Five days later the Golden Rose Pack sat on the edge of their new territory it was an abandoned junkyard that had plenty of room and shelter. The only worry Thorn did have when the puppies arrive was that their was quite a few sharp objects that could hurt the pups but Arrow and Tyson agreed to help well Dove didn't leave her side literally. Everyone was doting over her and she hated it. She was still a hunter and put up her own no puppies could stop her from that.

"Arrow I'm fine." Thorn groaned out for the eightieth time that day. Arrow had been asking her if she needed anything and she was personally getting tired of it. "Okay sorry, love I'm just worried." Arrow says as Thorn looks at her mate lovingly, "I know, but you don't have to be. So many female dogs have done this before mine won't be much different. Plus I still have another few weeks before they are going to be..." Before Thorn could say anything else could be said she felt a sharp pain, She let out a whimper and said, "Maybe not Arrow I think the puppies are coming.... today" Thorn told Arrow as she felt them move again making Arrow look at her in shock and worry.

"Thorn it's to early it hasn't been three months yet." Arrow told Thorn who rolled her eyes, "Tell our puppies that!" Thorn barks out to Arrow who started pacing nervously, as Thorn knew she had to keep him busy as she loved that dog, but if he kept on talking and worrying she could hurt him, "Arrow, hon please get Tyson and Dove away from her. Go hunting  do something I don't want them here and since whoever pushed Tyson in the lake could still be around I want you to go with them." Thorn says as calmly as she gave another short yelp.

Arrow looked at her and shakes his head, "Not happening their our puppies and I'm your mate I'm staying here." Arrow says not budging as Thorn sighs, "Please Arrow Tyson and Dove are our pup's too, and their to young to see this please!" Thorn says as Arrow gives in  as he knew Thorn was right, "Alright I'll take them hunting the puppies you're going to need some food after this anyways but are you sure you'll be fine on your own?" Arrow asks as Thorn nods.

"I'll be fine Arrow I'll howl when you can come back." Thorn says as Arrow nods, alright if you're sure. "Tyson Dove we're going to go hunt! Arrow calls out to the other pups who ran over wagging their tails. Okay Arrow but why it's the middle of the day not morning or evening." Tyson says in confusion as Thorn just says, "Let's just say when you come back you'll be older siblings." Thorn tells Tyson and Dove who eyes widen with shock and excitement.

"Yes okay we'll go hunting." Dove says making Thorn and Arrow chuckle before Thorn had another contraction that caused her to howl making the two younger pups back up as it surprised them, "Come on pup's let's go Arrow says leading the pups away From Thorn with lone last glance back at Thorn who nods.

Tempest heard the howl from far away and instantly knew what was happening. Jade and Diamond also seemed to hear and asked, "Was that Thorn?"  Jade asks Tempest who shook her head knowing that Thorn didn't want them to know. "No it sure did sound like it though, and I have to go." Tempest says looking to Maya who nods seeming to get the memo, "Okay Tempest Celia and I can continue leading them." Maya tells Tempest who nods her thanks before quickly flying off going to help Thorn knowing that she shouldn't have to go through it alone. "Caelum est fines" she yells out before flying off.

A few minutes later Tempest lands on The ground where she had seen Thorn. "Thorn I heard you howl are the puppies coming Tempest ask Thorn who looks to Tempest and nods, "Yeah Arrow and pups are out hunting she panted, before saying, "Boy this hurts." Thorn says as she lets out a quieter howl Tempests just sighs  as she doesn't know a thing about having puppies. "What can I do to help Tempest asks as Thorn yelped and pushed as she knew it was time, "Get me water."

Thorn says as Tempest nods, "Got it I'll be right back." Tempest says taking off as Thorn howls again as she pushed one last time before panting as she started hearing squeaking. "We that one puppy." Thorn says gently grabbing the small puppy and starting to lick it to encourage it to breathe the pup was a bronze color like herself but it was a bit lighter and he had Arrow's body structure. Thorn sighs in relief as it started breathing on it own.

Tempest came back with the water seeing the small puppy, "Well I see you had one how many more do you got in  you Tempest asks as Thorn rolls her eyes, hopefully not many after that one I don't know how many more I can take. Thorn says as she started to feel a contractions again. "Alright here comes the next one." Thorn says

It took four hours but it was finally done their lied four healthy puppies Thorn looked at them lovingly all the pain that it caused was worth it. Thorn had always wanted this and now she had a family of her own, and she wouldn't be like her mother or most of her packs members mothers she would be there for her puppies she looks to Tempest who was smiling for the first time Thorn had seen.

"Tempest thank you for staying with me while I did this. I have one more thing I need you to do though..." Tempest immediately knows what Thorn wants. "I'll go get your pack for you. Then I have to go back and help find Pumpkin." Tempest says as Thorn nods. "Thank Tempest." Tempest just nods before flying off "Your welcome friend." . Thorn smiles looking at the pups again Arrow and the pups would be so happy.

A few minutes later Thorn heard running from the hill. "Thorn, Thorn, Look what I caught." Dove says excitedly dropping a gopher in front of Thorn making her smile, "Good job pup." Thorn says nuzzling the white dog as the the two others dogs run up. "Thorn I heard you had the puppies how are they how are you,"  Arrow asks Thorn who chuckles quietly. "We're all fine Arrow, Tyson, Dove meet the puppies. Thorn says uncurling herself from the four pups.

Arrow smiles wagging his tail before lying down next to Thorn, "Hello pups I'm your father." Arrow says making Thorn smiles at Arrow. He was going to be a great father.

"What are their names Thorn." Dove and Tyson asks  as Thorn smiles again. Well I was thinking that maybe you guys could help me choose names." Thorn says making the two other dogs wag their tails, "Really! They whisper excitedly as Thorn nods, "Yeah so what should we named them?" Thorn asks Tyson immediately looked at the third youngest that was the perfect mix between Thorn and Arrow, "I think we should name that Spectrum or Spectro for short a spectrum is another word for all the colors of the rainbow." Tyson says as Thorn and Arrow nods, "I like that name for him." Thorn and Arrow say

As Dove looked to the brown bronze and white runt, "I think I like Rosalyn which is a fancier name for Rose to represent our pack." Dove says as all three dogs immediately nod. As for once Dove actually had a good idea. "That perfect Dove." Thorn says the two boys nodding in agreement as Dove wagged her tail pridefully.

Thorn and Arrow look at  the other two puppies, "I think Briar would be a good name for the orange one Thorn because I have a feeling this one is going to be rough and tumble." Arrow says watching the orange one  as Thorn nods, "I think you're right on that one Arrow." Thorn says a laugh as she looks at the black one she almost looked like Fang and she could tell the pack even though loving and kind to the pup had the same feeling as her.

"Let's name this one Moon it means growth wisdom and immortality. When the time comes I think this pup will rise above and like me do what needs to be done." Thorn says as the others nod in agreement. "I think that perfect Thorn Arrow says nuzzling them before nuzzling the newborn puppies. Thorn looked at her pack happily as the puppies fed this was exactly what she had dreamt about, and now it came true. She was finally happy and not at all stressed yet. She knew the puppies would be hard work, but she was ready for it.
