Chapter 11

When you go to open your bedroom door and step out, you jump slightly at the sight of all the guys standing near the doorway, mischievous smiles evident on all their lips.

"What is it?" You ask, taking a few steps backwards as you look at them suspiciously. None of the members respond and instead give each other high fives without even sparing a glance towards each other. You and Seonghwa glance at each other with the same confused expression before the older takes your wrist, taking you by surprise.

"I'm taking Y/N someone. Just. Us." Seonghwa states, guiding you downstairs without allowing anyone else to respond. All the members' jaws drop and they hurriedly follow you and Seonghwa downstairs, a few of them shoving each other in hopes of reaching y'all quicker.

Seonghwa takes your car keys of the hook near and door and pulls you out the house, your eyes mimicking those of a doe as you look up at him, your face heating when you glance down at y'all's intertwined fingers. When the members watch the front door shut, they smile widely and run towards the windows to see what you and Seonghwa are up to.

"Mission accomplished." San says with a cheeky smile as he watches Seonghwa shut your car door.

After settling in your vehicle and adjusting the mirrors and air conditioning, you and Seonghwa both look over at each other. You feel your face heat up as you take in the older's delicate features, quickly looking away after your heart starts beating out of your chest. You hear him giggle softly and he reaches to turn the radio up so y'all won't sit in complete silence and create an awkward and tension-filled atmosphere.

"Just take my heart already..." Seonghwa mumbles, low enough for you not to hear as he starts backing out of the driveway. You lean against the passengers seat and look out the window, your eyes softening at the vibrant colors of flowers on the trees and bushes y'all drive past.

As y'all travel through downtown, you sit up in your seat and set your hands on the door near the window. When Seonghwa spares a glance your way, a faint laugh escapes him when he sees your mesmerized state before he focuses his attention back to the road in front of him.

"I apologize on behalf of the guys. They were being weird when we were leaving." Seonghwa starts, pausing for a few seconds to take a turn before he continues. "Im gonna take you out to lunch since we woke up pretty late if that's alright with you."

"I don't mind at all. I'd enjoy some private time with you." You reply, your voice soft as you look over at him and give him a little smile. Seonghwa looks over at you and feels his heart melt when he sees you looking at him. He quickly snaps out of his incoming thoughts and focuses back onto the road laid out in front of him.

"What did you need to tell me?" You ask, leaning back against your seat and looking out the front windows of the car, your eyes widening at the brightly light neon L.E.D. signs on a few restaurant buildings.

"I'll tell you later, don't worry about it for now. Let's just focus on spending some quality time together." Seonghwa replies. A little smile creeps onto your lips at the thought of the two of you spending alone time together and you allow the soft beats of the radio to overtake your thoughts as you enjoy the calming car ride.

After a good 30 minutes or so of driving, you perk up when Seonghwa pulls into a parking lot. As you look around, you take in the brightly lit buildings laid out in front of you, your eyes locking onto a Hello Kitty sign hung by the door of a shop nearby.

You snap out of your dazed state when you hear your door open and you look over to your right and lock eyes with Seonghwa who puts his hand out in front of you. You gaze shifts down to his open palm and you hesitantly take it after unbuckling your seatbelt and slipping out of the car.
