Chapter 26

"Alright, it's been over 30 minutes. Can we see the shape now?" You ask, lifting your head up off Seonghwa's chest to look over at Wooyoung.

"Yeah, y'all can check." Wooyoung replies, nodding his head as he brings his knees up to his chest. You and Seonghwa let out faint sighs of relief before you take your wrist off the older's and slip off him.

"Okay Prince, let's see." You say, extending your arm out towards the latter after seating yourself down next to him. Seonghwa starts smiling like an idiot as he sits up, the tips of his ears and checks turn a light shade of crimson at the pet name.

"Oh?" You ask, gaining the attention of the older who's now sitting next to you. "You're blushing pretty hard there. Everything alright?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. The name you called me just caught me off guard." Seonghwa replies, his voice soft as he rubs his nape. You smile widely at the older before you move as tad closer to him, both of y'all's thighs touching as you place your wrist next to his. The two of you stare down at y'all's skin, a disappointed expression clear on y'all's face when nothing happens.

"Young-ah, nothing happened." You whine, a frown replacing your smile as your sulk.

"You two look away for a second." Wooyoung says, you and Seonghwa complying and doing exactly that as the younger moves closer to the two of you. He rubs his wrist onto y'all's for a few seconds behind he scatters off to San, curling up and leaning against his side as he tries to act natural. "Alright, y'all can look now."

You and Seonghwa opens y'all's eyes, y'all's gaze shifting down to the same pearly white color writing the two of you say earlier. The writing shines brightly a few times before y'all's Soulmate sign shape is revealed, both you and Seonghwa's jaws dropping at the sight of it.

"It's a.." You start, completely dumbfounded.

"It's a dragon!" Seonghwa exclaims, his eyes shaping into crescents as he smiles widely. At the older's shout, the rest of the members run over to the two of you to see the dragon shape connecting you and Seonghwa's Soulmate signs, their jaws dropping as well at the sight of it.

"Does it represent something, Wooyoung?" You ask, rubbing over the mark with your thumb, gently.

"Yes, it does. The Dragon Soulmate sign represents power, wisdom, and strength. That sign is a rare one so obtaining it is huge." Wooyoung replies, a smile creeping onto his lips as he looks up at the two of you.

"We got toothless!" Seonghwa exclaims, unable to the control the smile on his lips. You gaze shifts over to the older, a smile overtaking your features as you take in his excited aura.

"You're so freaking cute." You mumble, ruffling his hair softly, gaining a few faint giggles from him.

"Yeosang!" Wooyoung calls, glancing up at the staircase at the sound of light and hurried footsteps.

"Yeah?" Yeosang asks, leaning against the railing and looking down at all of you.

"You can come into the out now."

"Yay!" Yeosang runs downstairs, a huge smile visible on his lips as he shuffles over to you and Seonghwa, his eyes widening as he look down at y'all's wrists. "Woah. The Dragon Soulmate shape. I've always heard myths about them. I didn't know they were real..."

Yeosang carefully caresses the Dragon shape on you and Seonghwa's wrists, the smile on his lips slowly fading as he zones out for a few seconds. He lifts his head, his gaze locking with Wooyoung, before the younger gestures him over. The older shuffles over to him, plopping down onto the sofa and snuggling into his side as the younger wraps an arm around his shoulder.
