Chapter 32

"I can't believe I.U. isn't the head anymore.." Yeosang mumbles, with a frown

"I can't believe that there's a new head. I already don't like the guy because he messed with us." Wooyoung says, while crossing his arms "But... your mom made kimchi and dumplings?!"

"Apparently..."

"It's in the box right?"

"Yes it's in the box. It's gotta be. Where else would it be?"

"Then what are you waiting for? Open the box!"

Yeosang looks down at the box on his lap and forces his lips into a straight line before he opens it. He takes out a white bag and hands it to Wooyoung who's just staring at him, eagerly.

"Young-ah don't look at me like that. You know how I get."

"You get flustered~"

Wooyoung playfully pokes Yeosang's cheek, causing Yeosang to get a bit red. He looks away and looks back inside the box, causing Wooyoung to chuckle and open the bag of food.  Yeosang lets out a heavy sigh before he picks up a big black and red box, about half the size of the velvety-red box everything was in.

"Is that..."

"The Soulmate Ability Charm Box..."

Yeosang grazes his hand over the top of the box and feels his heart beat out of his chest. Wooyoung looks over at him and wraps an arm around his shoulder before caressing the back of his arm.

"Don't worry Yeosang. You'll be a great Guardian."

"But the life of every single Soulmate rests in my hands now... What if the the Box falls into the wrong hands? It'll be all my fault..."

"Yeosang, you just got it. Don't go overthinking. You'll be great at this. I know you will. Now... let's head back to the house so we can look at the Box property."

"We can't walk in through the front door. They'll see us walk in with all the stuff."

"Did I say we're going through the front door?"

Wooyoung gets up off the bench and tosses the bag of food over his shoulder. Yeosang looks up at him, with the same nervous look written all about over his face. Wooyoung puts his hand out towards him and gives him a little smile, making a little smile appear on Yeosang's lips. He puts the Soulmate Box back inside the bigger box and closes it up before taking Wooyoung's hand and getting up. He carries the box with one arm and allows Wooyoung to guide him back to the house.

"Yah, Hyung."

"What is it?"

"Remember the kid that we used to have fun messing with a few years ago?"

"Rag doll?"

"If you're saying Yeosang, then yeah."

"Damn.. Where the heck are you? I thought you were here with me and the guys."

"Nah.. I came down to scare some kids and saw 'Rag Doll' and his friend."

"Well.. Why are you calling me?"

"Yeosang has the Soulmate Ability Charm Box."

"Wait... what? I thought it was back in the Soulmate World."

"Yeah, I thought so too. Sounds like his father gave it to him to Guard 'cause he's retiring. Hah. Old man.."

"You know how much power we'd earn if we get our hands on the Box?"
