•A few days later•
Hala Wooyoung has been struggling to make the Soulmate rings for him and the rest of his members. He's been sitting in his little experiment room for days now and none of the guys can get him off his spinning chair at all. He's currently sleeping face down on his desk while the rest of HalaTeez are practically watching you and Seonghwa suffer in y'all's separate rooms.
When the molds for the rings get a little too hot, Hala Wooyoung moves his hand away from the molds and bolts up. He stares at them for a bit and he fixes his hair and looks around before he opens his desk drawer. He slips a pair of thick gloves on and carefully opens all the rings molds. He lets out a sigh of relief when he sees that the liquid he put in the molds hardened into 8 golden rings.
"Finally. What took y'all so long? Damn..." Hala Wooyoung mutters
He quickly slips the rings out of their molds and plops them in a container of cold water to cool them down before he puts them into 8 separate boxes. He quickly rolls over to his clear container that contains more of the golden liquid and he quickly swipes up the 8 color swatches that the members chose. He quickly grabs some colored dye and adds the given colors to each batch.
He puts on thin gloves before he hand mixes the colored dye and gold liquid together. When he finishes mixing everything, he pours all the color liquids into gem molds and sets the timer before he gets up and leaves his room. As soon as he steps out and shuts the door behind him, Hala San greets him with a back hug.
"Hey Hala San. Everything okay?" Hala Wooyoung asks, while gently patting the older's head
"Yeah, everything's fine. I'm happy you're finally out of your room. Also... you should've heard Y/N and Seonghwa this morning."'Hala San replies
"The after effect hit them didn't it?
"Oh it hit them badddd~"
Hala San smiles and he takes Hala Wooyoung's wrist and guides him back to the rest of the members.
"You finally got out of that room, huh?" Hala Seonghwa asks, while raising an eyebrow
"Yes, I did. Also... I come with good news. Our rings are ready. I need y'all to try then on and tell me if they're a good fit or not. The gems aren't ready yet and I just put them in the molds so y'all are gonna have to wait for those." Hala Wooyoung replies, with a little smile
All the HalaTeez members run to the experiment room and Hala Wooyoung chuckles and runs after them. When all the members crowd around in the room, Hala Wooyoung hands them their individual rings in their boxes. As all the members open the boxes and slip their rings on, Hala Wooyoung takes a quick look at their excited faces before he turns around to check on the gems.
To his surprise, the colorful liquid already hardened into shiny gems. He smiles and does a little clap before he turns back around, only to the jumped scared by the members all towering over him. He lets out a sigh and clutches his chest, causing the members to chuckle and playfully nudge him.
"I'm guessing y'all already know this but the gems are ready. These molds are the most stupidest things I've ever worked with I swear... Anyways... do the rings fit?" Hala Wooyoung asks, with a hopeful look in his eyes
"They're perfect fits. I have no idea how you got our ring sizes but they all fit perfectly." Hala Jongho says, with little smile
"Ha. Mine's shinier than yours." Hala Mingi brags, with a cheeky smile
"Is not! Mine's more shiny!" Hala Yunho exclaims
"Boys... If y'all step in better lighting, y'all will see that y'all's rings are equally shiny. The only person that deserves a shiner ring is me." Hala Wooyoung says, while crossing is arms
