A faint puff escapes your lips as you slouch back in your seat, your eyes shutting contently as you rest your arms on your full stomach.

"That was the most amazing ramen I've ever had." You mumble, your eyes fluttering back open after a few seconds of basking in the wholesome feeling.

"Oh, absolutely. No doubt in that." Seonghwa adds, setting the few remaining noodles on his tongue and placing his chopsticks next to yours on the big platter. He mimics your behavior by slouching in his seat as well, stuffing his hands in his letterman jacket as you looks at you. "You know, I believe you ate more than me."

"There's a high chance I did. I simply couldn't help myself." The soft giggles spewing from Seonghwa's lips causes a smile to tug at your features. As the older sits back up and situates himself, the waitress comes back to the table.

"Are you two finished with your meal?" She asks, setting the black circular tray under her arm as she looks at the two of you with a soft gaze.

"Yes, we did. It was lovely, thank you." Seonghwa replies, his eyes shaping into crescents as he smiles.

"I'm glad to hear. Would you like me to bring the check or are y'all ready for some dessert?"

"Check, please. I don't think our stomachs will be able handle any more food."

"Alrighty then. I'll be right back with the check." After grabbing the large, empty bowl set in the middle of the table, the waitress walks off, leaving you and Seonghwa in comfortable silence again. As you both look at each other, you find your eyes squinting as you look at the older in front of you, him mimicking your behavior once again and squinting at you as well.

"I'm-"

"No, I'm paying." Seonghwa cuts you off, digging in his pocket as he looks at you triumphly. "I offered to take you out to eat and I will not allow you to pay for the meal."

"Alright, alright. But I'm paying the next time we go out."

"We'll see about that, Love." You feel your face flush as the waitress comes back and sets the check down on the table, walking off swiftly a moment after. Seonghwa gives you a little smile as he takes the black holder, opening it with his pointer finger and sliding his card in the sleeve before setting it back on the table.

"What's wrong? I make you flustered?" Seonghwa asks, picking up your sudden quietness, a teasing smile tugging at his lips.

"No, you did not. You can't make me flustered with a simple pet name, Park." You reply, mumbling slightly as you cross your arms and fix your gaze out the window.

"Oh, yes I can, and I believe I've made you flustered quite often today. Very achieving accomplishment if I do say so myself."

"Hey, you can't just brush off how I rendered you into a melting and shy mess not even 30 minutes ago!"

"Well, you were the one checking me out! I can't help but become flustered!"

"Oh, you were more than flustered, Park. Me being able to do that should earn me a prize of some sort."

"Alright, alright, that's enough. You just got lucky that time."

You can't help but laugh softly at the sight of Seonghwa growing flustered again, pushing his hips out as he slouches in his seat and tries to hide himself in the booth.

After paying with no further arguments and thanking the waitress for the food, you and Seonghwa find yourselves walking down the brightly lit city streets. You often gazed up at the oncoming sunset forming in the sky, slowly getting mesmerized by the colors of coral, salmon, cornflower, and hint of bright lilac that started to get mixed in with the once baby blue sky.
