"Couldn't get a license plate number, but I got a description of the car.  Sleek and small black navy Kia with a spoiler. Doesn't help much, but it's certainly something! More importantly though, it's not the first time this car has been to my lab. Apparently, this car comes around every other week or so to drop stuff off. Then, another car will usually come and pick the items up. If the other car doesn't pick up the items, then the Kia comes back to retrieve their things."

"So the back alley dumpsters of your lab are a drop-off point? Why hasn't your security team caught that yet?"

"No idea. Actually, now that I think about it, I don't think we have cameras back there. We do have security cameras at the front of the building though...hey Gahyeon? Can you come over here?"

"Coming!"

While the other girls fixated all their attention on the 2 hyper fluff balls, Minji and Yoohyeon instead focused their efforts on trying to find who did such a thing. Yoohyeon, knowing they could use Gahyeon's help, called the maknae over.

Taking one last picture, Gahyeon slipped her phone in her pocket and walked over to Yoohyeon and Minji. "Can I help with something?"

"Yes actually. So, you know how we told you about how we met these pups?"

"Yeah. You did that literally 5 minutes ago."

"Well, you could help us find the people behind their torture, if you can access my lab building's security system." said Yoohyeon.

"Isn't that illegal?"

"And how would someone find out? Besides. I'm sure you've done similar things before."

"...Fair enough. My classes end at 3pm. I could take a bus over, but that would also mean that Eunseo and Moonbin would come along as well."

"A bus is too risky. I'll just come and pick you all up. Moonbin and Eunseo included."

"The first floor has a few small meetings rooms that usually aren't used. You can stay there if you like. It should be a lot quieter than the upper floors and closer to the security systems." Yoohyeon gave a firm nod. Everything was in place.

"Oh by the way, I'm sorry, but I can't join you.  I have something I need to do in the afternoon tomorrow. Have fun though!" Minji had no need to hide what she will be busy with from the girls, but part of her felt uncomfortable with saying it.

"Great! It's settled then. On an unrelated note, my friend Dahyun is coming over to visit. Don't worry, they did the background checks and everything. She's safe."

"Alright cool. I'm assuming she'll want some food as well? I can cook for tonight. You just sit tight Yoohyeon. If you're really as bad as Sejeong-ssi says you are, I'm not willing to risk it and find out for myself."

"I...good lord I swear she was exaggerating! Gahyeon, did you tell her that we're still in the process of unpacking? I mean, we just sorta slept wherever we could yesterday. Good thing this place was refurnished. If not, we would have been in some real trouble yesterday."

"Well, we still have an hour before she comes over, so we can continue unpacking right now?" proposed Gahyeon with a shrug.

"Before that though, we should figure out who will be rooming with whom. I say draw cards. There will be 3 duplicated numbers and 1 single number. From this, we can see whose numbers match and get to know each other better. We will be living together for a long time, after all." Casually pulling a deck of cards out of her backpack, Yoohyeon finds 7 suitable cards before calling the remainder of the girls over to pick their cards.
