When I'm awfully low,
When the world is cold,
I will feel a glow just thinking of you...
And the way you look tonight."

The next day, when Jacqueline arrives at the base camp, she spots a female wearing an army uniform talking to a man carrying a box. The brunette walks over to the woman and says, "Excuse me, sorry to interrupt. My name is Jacqueline Frost. I'm here on behalf of Howard Stark to observe the recruits."
The woman smiles and replies, "Ah, yes. Mr. Stark informed us that you would be coming." She holds out her hand toward Jacqueline as she introduces herself, "I'm Agent Peggy Carter."
Jacqueline smiles as she grabs Peggy's hand and shakes it as she says, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Agent Carter."
Peggy smiles as she replies, "Please, call me Peggy." Jacqueline nods her head before Peggy turns around and calls over her shoulder as she starts walking further into the base camp, "If you would follow me, I will take you to the new recruits." Jacqueline and the man holding a box containing clipboards follow after Peggy as the British woman leads the brunette to the recruits.
As the two women and the man carrying the box approach the recruits, Peggy calls out, "Recruits, attention!" The recruits snap their attention to the British woman, who introduces herself, "Gentlemen, I am Agent Carter. I supervise all operations for this division." The man with the box stops at the beginning of the line and starts handing out clipboards to each of the recruits. Peggy turns over her shoulder and introduces Jacqueline to the recruits, "This is Jacqueline Frost." At the mention of the brunette's name, Steve, who is one of the recruits, looks over at Jacqueline with furrowed brows as he wonders what she is doing here. Peggy continues to talk as Jacqueline politely smiles at some of the recruits, "She is here to observe each one of you, to make sure you are fit to fight in the war."
As Peggy and Jacqueline walk down the line, Jacqueline spots Steve standing among the recruits. She gives her friend a confused look, wondering how he was able to sign up for the army after his many failed attempts. Steve looks back at her with the same confused look on his face. One of the recruits speaks to Peggy, "What's with the accent, Queen Victoria?" Peggy stops in front of the recruit, causing Jacqueline to stop as well. The recruit speaks up again, "I thought I was signing up for the U.S. Army."
"What's your name, soldier?" Peggy asks the man, causing Jacqueline to look away from Steve and turn her attention to the man and the British woman.
"Gilmore Hodge, your Majesty," the soldier answers Peggy.
Steve looks away from Jacqueline as Peggy orders, "Step forward, Hodge." The man steps forward as he looks back at the other soldiers in line. He looks to Peggy once he is standing in front of her, causing the British woman to speak up again, "Put your right foot forward."
Hodge does as he is told before he mocks, "Mmm... We gonna wrassle?" Steve takes a clipboard from the man passing them out before he looks back to the confrontation. "'Cause I got a few moves I know you'll like." He winks at Peggy and not a second later, she punches him in the face. Jacqueline's hand flies up to her mouth as she tries to hold in her giggles. Steve smiles at what happened and at the sound of the few giggles that do pass Jacqueline's lips.
