"Why are you here ?" I asked Dj as he walked into footlocker

"I came looking for shoes" he shrugged

"But why here ?"

"Because this is a shoe store" he said smartly

"This is also where I work"

"Okay ?" He looked at the Jordan's

"You think imma distract you or something ?" He smirked

"No" I rolled my eyes

"You ain't miss me ?"

"Nope" I lied

"Okay bet" he chuckled

"Hey Dj, I'm Sam" my coworker Sam said smiling

"Wassup shawty" he replied still looking at the shoes

"Do you need help" she asked touching his shoulder

I removed her hand " shouldn't you be at the cash register ?" I asked with attitude

"Yeah but I can help him" she shrugged

"Well I got him" she rolled her eyes before walking away

"Wassup with the attitude ma?" Dj chuckled

"I don't have an attitude"

"Okay Naveah"

"You want these" I asked pointing to the shoes in his hand

"Yeah get me an 11"

"Alright" I said taking the shoes and walking to the back

"So is that your boyfriend or something ?" Sam asked as I looked for the shoe

"And if he was ? Why you in my business?"

Since I've started working here Sam have always been giving me problems it's like she have a problem with me for no reason.

"Girl I was just asking I might make a move on him" she smiled biting her lips

"Good luck with that"

"Oh trust me babe I won't need it" she smirked walking away

I rolled my eyes before grabbing the shoes and taking it back to him.

"Hmm" I handed them to him

"Thanks V"

"Okay let me check you out" I said walking the the register
