"Scarlett , wake up.", Remus whispered shaking me . I fluttered my eyes open and I was on the couch in the living room.

I sat up . "Breakfast is ready come on .", he added . I looked behind me and everyone was on the table waiting for me .

I stood up and sat next to Lily and Marlene. "We aren't that good at cooking but we tried .", Lily said and I smiled at her .

"Why did you sleep here?", Marlene asked . "I couldn't fall asleep .", I said and she nodded . "We can go swimming for a while , what do you think?", Peter asked .

"We'd love too .", Mary said . I ate my food and got up . I took my empty plate and washed it . I went upstairs and went to my room.

Marlene, Mary , Lily and Dorcas followed . We took out our swim suits and started getting ready . I wore a black two piece , Marlene wore a red two piece , Mary wore a green one piece , Lily wore a yellow two piece and Dorcas wore a light blue one piece .

I put my hair half up half down and wore my sandals . "Marlene smile .", I said taking a Polaroid of her putting lipstick on.

"I'll wait for you downstairs.", I said and went downstairs. Sirius was waiting for the boys downstairs as well .

Everyone now came downstairs.
"I have an announcement first everyone .", Peter said . "Since Sirius didn't tell you , Him and Morgan started dating the day before we left.", Peter said .

My heart sank. I thought he liked me .
I thought I meant something to him .
Why Sirius?

"Congrats .", I said and gave him a forced smile and he nodded . "Now let's go .", Peter added and we left the cottage .

The boys ran into the water . The girls ran into the water as well . The problem is that . "Come on Scarlett .", Marlene said taking off her overall .

I nodded . I took off my shorts and she ran into the water with the rest . They kept swimming further .

I put my foot in the water . Yeah, I cannot swim. I never learnt how to . I kept walking into the water further . I didn't want to tell them I couldn't swim because I didn't want them to not have fun and to stop caring about me .

I started walking further into the water but they are still a bit far . They are not standing they are swimming . I kept stepping and stepping on the sand that's under the water .

TW:

I was still walking on the sand until my leg dropped . Now there wasn't anything underneath me to step on .

They are so far that they didn't notice me . I kept trying to swim but each time I try I sink even more .

It's so hard when you try and do something you never learnt but if it was something I could fail and try again I would but this time if I fail there is no trying again.

Sirius's pov

"Where's Scarlett?", Lily asked . Our laughter now subsided to silence .
"She was coming towards us from a while .", Marlene said .

"But there is no one on the surface Marlene.", I said . I was becoming worried and all of us were .

"Maybe she got in the cottage .", Peter said . We all started looking towards the cottage and around us .

With the corner of my eyes I saw a hand come out of the water but it sank .
"She is drowning .", James yelled in worrisome and I swam towards her .
We were so far away from her that it felt like years swimming towards her .

Scarlett's pov

I don't want to give up but at the same time I'm tired of fighting . I push my hand upwards one more time then I let it sink .

I shut my eyes and I heard my father's voice . "No princess , it's still not your time .", he said . "But I'm tired .", I replied . "I know darling but not yet.", he added .

"Death hurts?", I asked . "No darling it doesn't.", he replied . I felt someone wrap there arms around me pulling me upwards .

I took a deep breath once I arrived at the surface . I put my head on Sirius's shoulder . He took me out and I sat on the shore .

Everyone came out of the water .
"Scarlett what happened ?", James asked out of breath . "I cannot swim.", I replied .

"Why didn't you say anything?", Sirius asked . "Because I didn't want to .", I replied . "But you were putting your life in danger .", he added .

"Does it even matter to you ?", I asked .
"I don't care about you , okay , I just do what I'm supposed to do which is saving .", he added and got into the cottage .

Marlene sat next to me . "Why didn't you tell me Scarlett?", she asked .
"I didn't want to cut your fun time so I was trying at least .", I said and she nodded giving me a hug .

Knowing that Sirius was with Morgan made me sad , mad even both . I like him and he keeps messing with me and I don't understand him.
