*TIME LAPS TWO YEARS* (Skylars pov)
Jake and i have been together two years now and were having such a great time tour ended so were back at his place Portia lives with Andy so shes safe i trust her when shes with Andy.
"Babe its our two year anniversery what do you want to do?" Jake asked.
"As long as i have you im fine you should go out with the guys their going drinking so go ahead ill be here i have some cleaning to do" i said smiling at him as he came to me
"Okay well ill think of you every moment im there alone" he said kissing me.
"Good now go their waiting i love you" i said pushing him out the door. I finally had some time to sit and read i was happy. I made me some hot tea grabbed my blanket and my book and sat in the living room with a single light on reading.
I dont know how long i had been reading but my tea was gone and i was having trouble keeping my eyes open it was midnight when i looked at the clock so i put my book down and fell asleep.....
"Bang" i heard a huge noice at my door that startled me awake i turned the lamp back on and looked at the time 2 am ugh where was he. Thats when i heard laughing from outside it was jakes so i turned the lamp off and acted like i was asleep waiting for him to come inside and kiss me...but thats not what i got...
" baby be carful dont fall" i hear a woman say..what im confused i turn the lamp on. The door opens and i stay where i am hiddin to hear everything.
"Awe babe come one i want some lets get it in already" i heard jakes voice i get up terrified of what i will see. I get up and walk to the front room to see jake and thst slut regean making out....tears sting my eyes and they start to fall as her clothes start coming off...
" I thought you loved me......you said you loved me....you couldnt have waited till tomorrow to go and sleep with her but on our tow year anniversary.....YOUR SICK I CANT BELIVE YOU...."i yelled atthe top of my lungs getting his attention " i cant belive you" i said softer barly over a whisper.
"Oh shit Skylar im sorry i didnt know you were here i totally forgot im so sorry baby" jake said coming to me he put a hand on me and i hit it away.
"Well maybe your just not what he wanted honey maybe he wants a real woman who can please him the right way....sorry hunny youve bin replaced so get your little ugly ass out of here before i kick it there" regean said getting in my face i quickly pushed her out of the way and ran up stairs to get sone clothes i dont know where ill go but any where but here is better.
"Skylar please dont go...im sorry i fucked up i shouldn't have im sorry" jake said from the door way
"Baby come back i want you i need to feel your lips against mine" i heard from downstairs
"Fuck off jake..you have regean go to her...and by the way this is over fuck you" i said through the tears pushing past him i grabbed my phone and left outside i was walking away from his house i had to call someone. I dialed the first number i thought of.
"Skylar?"
"Hey im sorry for calling so late....but....but...i neeed a place to stay" i said over the phone through the sobbs
" what happenes with jake"
"He came home drunk.....with regean......i left i need a place to stay please im outside can i come in?" I asked. The door quickly opened as Ashley pulled me in for a hug...i cried in his arms for the longest time.
"Shhhhh its okay calm down come on lets get you ready for bed" ash said leading me ti the spare room he had....i havnt slept alone in years...better start now..Ashley pulled the covers back and jestering for me to crawl in i did as directed. Ashley was about to leave when i caught him.
"Ash?" I said
"Yes" he answered
" will you lay witb me untill i fall asleep please i just dont want to be alone" i said crying again
"Ofcourse" he said ss he crawled in the covers with me i cuddled up to his chest as his arms held me....sleep captured me and i fell into a night of horror.
*dream*
My father was out of jail and looking for me. I was running to get to Portia to get her but when i walked through the door there was my father standing over her limp body with blood all over i screamed. My father came to me and whispered ever so lightly.....im gonna hurt you and everyone you love....including that little ashley of yours...no dad stop please dont hurt them..he came tworeds me again and rose his hand and hit me
*end of dream *
I woke up screaming Ashley was still with me.
"Sky whats wrong what happened?"ash asked
"Just a bad dream about my step dad" i said crawling ti his chest again
"I wont let him hurt i promise....he will never hurt you again" he said before we driffted off into sleep.
