"Ibawas niyo na lang po ulit--"

"Okay. Kung diyan ka mapapanatag."

Isang matamis na ngiti ang iginanti ng dalaga kay Nick.

His friend already left the HQ and he's beginning to notice that Niezel's in a hurry to get things done. She didn't even look at him or even bothered to throw a glance.

Logan was used on having a one-night stands. He even tried to date which never lasted anyways. The only thing that bonded him to those relationships are his women's company. They never let him bore to death especially in bed. But after what happpened to him years ago, he neglected all of that. He turned his back to his career and lifestyle and never mourned about it until last week at the festival. That day was also the biggest fucked-up revelation of lies he never wanted to believe. He was drowning and unable to resurface. Then one kiss from her and his negative emotions retreated? Suddenly, he's okay?

Logan raced his way downstairs to check if Niezel's still there. Naabutan niya ang dalaga na naglalagay ng leftover foods sa isang supot ng grocery bag. Namimilog ang mga mata nito sa gulat dahil siguro sa mabibigat na yabag niya.

"We're in trouble."

MANGIYAK-ngiyak si Niezel habang ine-explain ni Logan sa kanya ang eskandalong maaaring ikalat ng media anumang oras. Nababahala ang dalaga sa iisipin ng mga mga tao sa isla at ng tatay niya. Nahihiya rin siya dahil nadamay ang isang respetadong tao sa kagagahan niya.
