Adelle's POV
Around January 5th, all twelve of us go back to the US. Although Alesea and Michelle had to return to Georgia and Jayde had to go to Florida, Tegan, Jamie, and I followed the boys to New York. I had decided to continue all my college classes online so I could persue a degree and my dreams at the same time. It turned out that the movie I was going to be in was shooting in New York state anyways, so that was an added bonus.
Anyways, today on the day of my birthday, I am awakened by the boys, Tegan, and Jamie. They led me to the main area of the penthouse apartment. There, I saw what appeared to be two chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup on them and a candle stuck in the middle. There was also a good amount of cheesy scrambled eggs and three strips of bacon on the side.
I look around at everybody and say, "What is all this?"
Tegan looks at me with a humorous expression and says, "Isn't today your birthday?"
I nod.
Then Niall says, "This is your birthday breakfast princess."
I smile and walk over to the table.
"Who was the chef?"
Harry steps forward and says, "I was. I hope you find it to your liking."
"I'm sure I will."
Then Lou says, "Before we all start to eat, Niall and I arranged for a couple of the friends you met while we were in LA to come here as well."
He then walks over to a door of one of the other bedrooms and waves these people out. I am excited when I see Demi and Taylor walk out. I run over to hug them.
"Tay, Demi... I can't believe either of you are here."
Demi says, "How could we miss the nineteenth birthday of our rising star and possibly the most amazing person on Earth? Plus, I would have never heard the end of it from Simon if I missed it."
"What about you Tay? I thought you were on tour."
"I am. I just had the tour schedule modified a bit so I could be here. I perform tomorrow night."
I am overjoyed.
"So I get to see two amazing concerts in one week? How lucky am I?"
While I was talking to Tay and Demi, Niall takes my hand and leads me to the dining room table. He pulls out a chair and I sit. He pushes it in. The other boys bring not only breakfast into the room, but also gifts.
"Oh boys, you did NOT have to get me anything."
Liam says, "Yes we did. Besides, not all these are from us. Some are from your family, but the majority of them are from your fans."
I was amazed.
But, the boys insist I eat before opening gifts. I pout, but to no avail.
I take a bite of the pancakes. I say, "MMMMM Hazza. Compliments to the chef. These are AH-MAY-ZING!!"
Harry says, "I am glad that you like them."
I finish the pancakes and move on to the eggs and bacon. Those were good as well.
When I finish everything, I look to everyone and say, "Can I open the gifts now?"
The boys nod and put them on the table in front of me.
The first one I opened was from Katy. Demi had brought it for her since she couldn't be here. I rip the wrapping paper to reveal two boxes. I open the biggest box to reveal a designer dress. I purposely ignore the price tag because I didn't want to know how much this costed. But, this dress was beautiful. It was a shorter dress that I could tell was mad to be tight. The details made it so unique that I knew it was something only Katy could pick for me. Then, I open the smaller box. Inside it was a beautiful pair of Jimmy Choos. I could tell they were bought to go with the dress.
