After the concert, Michelle and I were so stoked to go back stage. We had already had a moment on stage with our favorite 1D guys singing to us. They had set it up where, after alll the girls were announced, they started playing 'More Than This'. I was trying to avoid going crazy with Niall Horan being THISCLOSE to me. As the song ended, the boys put backstage passes around our necks.
When we got backstge, we were escorted into the green room. All five of the boys were sitting on the couches in the room. All five of us girls were in a line on the opposite side of the room. Then, in his expected fashion, the ever so flirty Harry Styles steps forward to hug Grace.
He says, "Hey pretty lady, I'm Harry, Harry Styles. And I believe your name is Grace, isn't that right?"
She nods and Harry pulls her towards the couch and sits her on his lap. her cheeks are blushing the entire time.
I stood there, wondering what guy would step up to claim his girl next.
Louis pushed himself up from the couch and walked towards the end of the line at which Michelle and I were standing.
He holds out his hand to Michelle and says, "My name is Louis Tomlinson and I like carrots. What's your name again? Do you like carrots?"
Michelle chuckles then says, " Michelle, my name is Michelle. Yes I do like carrots."
Then, Louis pulls her towaards a grouping of comfy chairs on the left side of the room.
Then Zayn and Liam go up to greet Victoria and Kirsten. And both of them follow in the fashion of Harry.
I was left standing by myself.
Then, Niall comes up to me, and in his ADORABLE Irish accent, he says, "I am Niall Horan. Could you remind me of your name?"
For a second, I swear I forgot my own name.
Then I say, "I am Adelle Hastings."
He smiles and says, "Why so nervous? I am a normal guy just like you. Do you want a tour of the backstage area?"
I nodded yes like a crazy woman.
Niall and I walked around backstage. He points out all the things that are important in the show.
After a couple hours of walking around and talking, we go back to the green room. He asks me if he can have my number. I ask for his phone and he gives it to me. I put my number in and take a picture of us to use as my caller ID.
He says, " I'll text you later so you'll have my number. I would really like to talk som more. You are fun to talk to. "
I blush and say thanks.
Around 11, Michelle and I leave the stadium. She hops in the drivers seat andcranks up the car.
I ask her, " So, how was your time with Louis? Did you two hit it off?"
"Maybe, he gave me his number.How did things go with Niall?
"Amazing. That was easily the best night of my life. He said I was fun to be around and talk to. And, he said he would even text me later."
"Cool."
At that exact second, my phone rings with One Direction's "Up All Night". That is the tone telling me I have a text message. It is from a number I do not recognize. I open it.
It says:
Adelle,
This is Niall. Just though I would go ahead and giv the most beautiful girl I know my number. Can not wait to see you at the video shoot in a couple days. Louis and I will pick you and Michelle up at 12. Dinner afterwards?
