Chapter 23: Jeju Island

Hyejin is driving with Dahee in the passenger seat. They are on their way to Jeju Island.

Hyejin:  "You what?" Looks at Dahee for a split second then looks back on the road.

Dahee: "Third base, God, don't make me repeat it again." Dahee covers her face with her hands. Groaning.

Hyejin: "I can't believe it and with Taehyung OMG who would've guessed. How big was he?"

Dahee: "JAY!" Dahee looked at Hyejin glaring while Hyejin kept smiling at the road.

Hyejin: "I mean it's only natural to ask and he's kinky too with the spanking OMG!" She exclaimed hitting the wheel a few times. Dahee faces the window.

Dahee: "Could we just, talk about something else? Please?"

Hyejin: "Okay fine. Since when are you and Jungkook a thing?"

Dahee: "We were never- we're not a thing."

Hyejin: "Then why would he get mad at Tae and storm out when he saw you two?"

Dahee: "I don't know! Wouldn't you storm out if you walked in on your friends fucking?"

Hyejin: "I thought you said you guys didn't have sex?"

Dahee: "Well almost."

Hyejin: "Okay fine well even if I walked in on my friends I wouldn't be yelling at them and storm out of the house to avoid said friend."

Dahee: "Wait what do you mean he stormed out? How'd you know?" Dahee looked at Hyejin in surprise.

Hyejin: "Jin texted me a few minutes ago. Tae tried to follow him but JK ran off." Dahee was nodding her head at the information before looking back at the driver.

Dahee: "Since when do you and JIn text?"

Hyejin: "Uhh since always. Duh." Dahee looked at Hyejin suspiciously before turning anyway "Stop trying to change the subject, anyway, so why would Jungkook be pissed enough to run away."

Dahee: "I really don't know Jay, I really don't." The older girl looked at Dahee as she leaned her head against the window, staring out on the road. 

Hyejin: "Do you think JK likes you?"

Dahee: "Maybe? I don't know, it's not like he confessed or anything."

Hyejin: "But he was acting pretty cozy this morning, he kissed your forehead and comforted you last night. I mean he must like you, that's the only reason I could think of making him want to hate Tae."

Dahee: "I guess."

Hyejin: "Do you like him?

Dahee: "Who Tae?"

Hyejin: "Well yeah or is it JK?" 

Dahee: "I'm not sure I mean Taehyung's great in bed..." Hyejin snorted at the candid comment "and he was so sweet when I told him everything my dad told me and I guess that's what led to... you know." She tried explaining. "But with JK, I'm really not sure, I feel like out of everyone I've opened up to him the most and he understands me or he at least makes me feel like I'm understood and he listens and he's always there somehow, when I feel like breaking down he's the one that catches me and puts me back on my feet but I- I don't know if that means I like him, you know?" She looked at Hyejin hoping she understood. Waiting a few minutes in silence before Hyejin speaks.
