Chapter 25: Drama to Shore

As promised, the boys made it to Jeju before Taehyung's birthday. Jimin lifting up Rachel as soon as he saw her kissing her multiple times on the face making the girl giggle and hit his chest playfully to stop. Namjoon had awkwardly walked over to Reyna, hesitating to extend his arms out for a hug, the smaller girl looking at him funny before giving him a hug then running to Yoongi, wrapping her legs around him in a koala hug right after. Namjoon was not pleased. Jungkook had avoided greeting Dahee, choosing to hug Hyejin instead and giving her a kiss as she did him, Hobi doing the same, before Jin finally got a turn "Looks like I have competition." He whispered, a hint of jealousy obvious in his tone making Hyejin laugh at him. Taehyung, unlike JK, didn't avoid Dahee but I gave her a small kiss on the cheek asking how she was doing and if they could later, the older girl just nodding not knowing what to say. It's like she never knows what to say to Taehyung anymore after being so dominant in the bedroom.

They greeted Hyejin's dad as well, Jin being extra talkative, inviting him out to go fishing and even giving him a fishing rod as a gift for Christmas, Hyejin wanting her not-so boyfriend to get her father's approval and fishing was one way step there. They had all been so polite and all so very handsome he wondered how his ugly kid got to be friends with so many lovely people as a joke. Heyjin's dad was always so mean to her finding that it was the best way to make her laugh when she was young, and to this day it worked so he would be rude to her out of habit and she would do the same creating a friendly harmonious relationship between the two. Dahee envied their relationship.

Upon waiting for so long, Hyejin's dad called out to his eldest from the stairs, telling him to meet her sister's boyfriends making them all laugh. Eunho came down with his baby in his hands, ready to greet them all with a smile but it dropped as he realized who they were "Yah you guys were the one who hit my car." The girls and Hyejin's dad eyes growing wide seeing that the group and Eunho had already met, in bad terms. Jin started to justfiy himself saying that Eunho was parked illegally and had his tail lights off causing him not to see that he was there. The rest of the boys had been in the car as well, coming back from their rehearsal, all backing up Jin while Eunho tried to defend himself, one versus seven.

Suho started crying making Dahee take him from his father's hold and bring him somewhere quieter as they continued to argue. Jungkook followed her with his eyes, moving an inch ready to follow her when Taehyung beat him to it, jogging at full speed until he disappeared in the corner where Dahee went, making Jungkook bite his cheek in annoyance, beating himself up for hesitating.

Hyejin's head was about to burst as her brother and not-so boyfriend were at each other's throats, signaling to her dad that he should stop them, him making a face then laughing leaving her to deal with it. As if she had no other choice, went in between the two boys and pinched their ears, bending them down to her level, she glared at both men saying "That's enough." Asking other questions like if anyone was still hurt "No", if their cars were already fixed "Yes", if the court already made their verdict "Yes", both boys answering her just wanting her to let go. Then "Why" she said, did they have to fight about it again now, couldn't they just be civil and enjoy the week together, if not for them, for her sanity, to which all the boys and girls nodded agreeing that they'll play nice, not wanting to see Hyejin go all hulk on them again. "Very good." She let go of their ears and gave them each a kiss as a sorry before smiling and walking towards the bowl of grapes and plopping some in her mouth.

In the other room, Dahee and Taehyung were playing with Suho, actually more like Taehyung trying to make the baby do some of their choreography while Dahee laughed and made faces at the little boy. They were laughing together and took turns making Suho do all sorts of weird stuff before Taehyung spoke up "About what happened between us..." He trailed off and Dahee looked at him, not knowing what to expect but "I really enjoyed well you" was not it. Taehyung blushed and so did she no words formed except "Me too." Making Taehyung look up at her and smiling like crazy "But I don't want to hurt JK, he's-he's still avoiding me you know." And Taehyung nodded saying he hasn't had a decent conversation with JK either but wondered if "Do you like him?" Clarifying that if she did, he would have no problem with it cause he was honestly feeling just lust for the girl, making Dahee blush redder and Taehyung chuckle at her.
