Chapter 14 - The Deal

I still can't believe on what Lisa did to me a while ago. She is like a different person. Gosh I don't know how to react, my heart is still pounding loudly because of her.

After that event, Lisa left me in her bedroom, so I immediately fixed myself. I changed my clothes and took my backpack. We are almost done with our research paper, Lisa is truly a genius and I do believe that we can just finish it at the school. After changing I went downstairs and went to her living room. I saw Lisa is still wearing her grey silk pyjama, she's looking outside her enormous glass window.

I'm about calling her when I noticed that she's speaking on her phone.

"...finish it by- " She is still speaking when she noticed me, then she hung up her phone.

"Where are you going?" She asked me with her famous stoic expression.

"I'm going home. We are almost done with the research paper. We can just finish it at the school." I said and smiles to her, but her expression suddenly changes. Her brows furrowed, then she looks away from me. Is this for real or I'm only imagining it? It looks like that she's irritated.

I took my phone on my backpack and about to call my chauffeur when she speaks without looking at me.

"Let's have breakfast first before you leave." She said that surprised me.

"Sure." I said and smile to her. I put my phone on my jeans pocket. I'm about asking her what we are going to eat when we heard the door opens, then we heard footsteps walking towards us.

My eyes widen again when I saw Lisa's visitors. I'm surprised that Rosé and Jisoo suddenly showed up again.

"Good morning, Jennie! We brought breakfast." Rosé said with a huge smile on her face, but her face suddenly grimaced when her eyes landed to Lisa. "Insolent monkey." She muttered, but we still heard her.

"Hi Jennie." Jisoo smiles and wave her hand at me.

"W-why-..." I'm about asking them why they are here, when Rosé cuts me off.

"Don't be surprised Jennie. She asked for our presence." She said, and pointed her lips to Lisa. "Are we going to eat first or are you too excited to tell her about it now, Lisa?" Rosé said and smiles sarcastically to the Thai. I immediately look at Lisa but her face is still expressionless.

"Let's eat first." Lisa answered without looking at her.

"Yeah. It's nice to eat first cos Jennie might lose her appetite if you tell it to her right away." Rosé said, and Jisoo nudge her.

'What is she talking about? I'm really confused with them.'

"What is she talking about Lisa?" I asked curiously.

"Let's eat first." Lisa didn't answer me and just walk towards her dining room. I'm about asking Rosé and Jisoo, but they immediately follow her. I only sighed and held my temple cos I have no choice but to follow them as well.

The four of us ate breakfast silently. 'Are they always like this when the three of them are together?'

After that, we headed to Lisa's living room. Lisa sits on the single couch. She crossed her legs and leaned her back on the chair, while Jisoo and Rosé sits beside each other on the couch. I sit on the single couch opposite to Lisa, then I noticed that the three of them are gazing intently at me.
