"Uh, excuse me." I said then ran away.
Stupid yes, but it wasn't from camp I ran into someone, in camp half blood, I was attempting to run into my cabin and never leave. It made me sad just thinking about my dad!
Any who I ran into a girl she had red hair, freckles, green eyes and a green ribbon in her hair she looked like she was in a paint war, she looked normal but what made me feel odd was that her eyes glowed green, and she started chanting something,"7 half bloods shall answer the call to storm or fire the world must fall an oath to keep a final breath and foes bear arms to the doors of death. 8 are destined on this quest, The sun is put to a reaping rest, a sacred traitor defeats the Night, where good is evil and darkness is right. The possessive blade aligns at 5, the dead will soon be alive. through the portal of the gold, the curse of aging shall never old." she then collapsed.
For a while I stared then I realized I had to help her, I called for help. I carried her up and dragged hero a log where she sat, or lay on and I didn't do anything but stare, what was she saying? I couldn't quite get that out of my head was this some sort of line or saying they used all the time?
Rachel stirred, someone was running up to me, I noticed who.
Leo.
"What happened? Why did you run away?" He asked me."well you see one of the people in the team evil group attacking camp is.....my dad.....don't ask." I answered, " and what happened to Rachel?" Leo asked again," well she said something and then she collapsed. It was weird, does that happen a lot?" I asked back.
" um, yes but only if there is a prophecy......WAIT! Did Rachel say a prophecy to You? Spill." He said, before I could even answer his question. I said the prophecy to him, " I knew it! Your mom told me that her daughter will be the one in the next prophecy of the 8, and no one seems to believe me!" He exclaimed, " Hahaha very funny Leo, I absolutely do not want to be in a prophecy whatsoever." He frowned,"aw come on! You don't believe me either?"
" I believe in you Leo, but can't Rachel like take it back or something..... I don't wanna be in a prophecy."I complained. he rolled his eyes, "it's not so bad, at least you won't die like me.....and then come back like hazel." He said as if it were nothing. Rachel woke up.
"I said a prophecy didn't I?" We nodded then she realized what she said," wait a new prophecy can you guys tell me what I said. If that makes any sense." she asked I told her the prophecy and she wrote it down on a piece of paper though I couldn't read her writing.
"So are you like the daughter of Apollo or Hecate?" I asked her," umn no I am a 99% mortal because I'm the oracle of Delphi." She answered..... I nodded and told her goodbye because I wanted to do something around camp since I was bored out of my mind.
I decided to do this lava wall climbing, and I ended up accidentally getting the rope tied onto my feet so I was hanging upside down with one leg hanging free. But luckily I made it to the top, then nearly fell off. Ivan Anderson, (son of Hebe.) took me to the Pegasus stables. I helped him sort out the food and the water, even clean out.
When we were done we got to ride 2 Pegasus and it was awesome! I got to fly one named Kilipse, interesting name, but it was the nicest thing ever, well the only animal that got along with me... anyway flying a Pegasus is so much fun. I ended up all tuckered out.
I was going to go call Cassie at the camp fire, but a voice behind me made me jump. I slowly turned around and there behind ,me was a hologram of a evil looking queen she looked sort of creepy with her black dress and weird headband.
"Hello child." She said and I opened my mouth to reply but no words were spoken ,"your mother and I were friends, and I just want to tell you that you don't belong here you are utterly useless, well useless here. But if you join my army and make war against every demigod in the world we will rule together...forever even my daughters will be extremely jealous! Take this as a token, just press the circle in the middle, we will then locate you." She gave me a weird looking token and I don't understand how she did in a hologram but somehow she did. I stepped away from her.
"No. I will never be against the demigods, that's what they all think of me..evil, and if- if I just join your so called 'army' I will be proved as......the sacred traitor.....no... it can't be. Not me!" I said unbelieved, no no no no no! Not me please no!
"Yes daughter of Gaea you are the sacred traitor without you the war will not go on! You must join us, like you said everyone thinks of you as evil you Must! You don't belong here!" She told me and she started fading, "oh and call me by Nyx." She said.
What was I going to do?! I tucked the token into my pocket.
Its Official, I thought.
The prophecy Rachel spoke definitely:
