Well That went well. I still refuse to believe that i am the child of the earth. anyway right now we are in the big house and Annabeth is explaining everything to everyone. i am NOT enjoying this at all.
"SO only the child of the earth can actually touch that necklace without being hurt. Also the necklace looks exactly like what i saw in the book, and it is extremely powerful." does that even make any sense what so ever?
everyone is looking at me and what am I supposed to do?! "Fine i might of have lied, but only about the necklace! I didn't know it was powerful and i might of found it underground. thats all I know." I obviously was not going to tell them about my tree home thing. Whats a girl got ti do to get some privacy!?
Anyway chiron told us that we are dismissed. I decided to have a quiet walk, as you can see I like to walk. Anyway if you are wondering how old I am or how I know the 7's godly parents are or maybe even my family.
I am 17 years old and I know peoples godly parent because they told ne. Duh. And my family is actually very tragic and broken. I have lost 3 of my sisters.
Well my first sister had blue hair. And you guys are probably like...wahhhh. well she had blue hair and she had pale skin, but her eyed were maroon? I don't know how but she just does, you are probably like cool sister huh? Right. Wrong. She found me in a basket when I was a baby and I hadn't realized that was being chased down by a man in a mask, but she didn't want me to get hurt so she took me with her and she ran to her house. I lived with her for an long time and she always took care of me, each day she told me how we met, and I NEVER forgot her. One day when I was at a farm I heard a scream in my home and when I made it inside she had been shot by a bullet. And I never knew who did it but I was put in an orphanage at the age of 5.My dead sisters name was arellana.
My second and third sisters were really nice, but nothing could beat Arellana, but my others sisters names were coral and kosmos, Coral had streaks of multi coloured hair and it suited her, she had tanned skin and what bummed me out was that she got bullied because of her appearance and I thought she was beautiful. She told me to never get in the way of her life becasue she didn't want me to get hurt like her. One day she was at school and i got to come see her but she wasn't there and I looked everywhere, and finally I found her outside but when she saw me her eyes went wide and she ran away, leaving me in the streets alone. I tried to run after her but she was too fast, and i NEVER saw her, again.
my third sister named Kosmos, she had a problem and pink hair! AND the problem was.... she could not feel anything and it was scary, also she had another problem, if her brain thought of something she would do it, and she wouldn't think twice about it, but i don't blame her.. everyone has something. Right? but it scared me, because what if one time her brain thought about......you know ........ Suicide.....oh no! anyway I always watched out for her and of course something bad happened she told me that she wanted to try to look for Coral, of course i told her it was a bad idea, what could a 6 year old say to a 15 year old huh? anyways she didn't stop and I saw her walking out of the room, and i didn't want to lose another sister again so i ran after her and we were running in the woods and she ran straight into a VERY deep lake,and I caught her. now, you are probably wondering... oh so what, well, she didn't stop she kept on trying.... one time her brain went crazy and she was put in a mental instituition.
I nevr want to remember those memories again, it will just disturb me and i have already moved on,anyway i live with my stepmom who looks a lot like me which is really strange. Anyway, i am walking in the (what they call, it) 'Strawberry fields'. I could've fell so hard because someone out of no where yelled, "HEY!" I turned around and there was no one. then i turned around again and i was face to face with a boy wearing a brown jacket with a skull shirt underneath it, he had black shaggy hair. I jumped back a bit startled, but i mentally slapped myself for being stupid at the moment.
" Oops, sorry about that, didn't mean to scare you or anything, again sorry...ugh..?"
"Serenity, and no problem..you are..?"
"Oh, Nico Di Angelo, Son of Hades, and are you new here?"
"Ugh, yeah I'm new here, BUT I haven't yet been claimed yet"
"Wait, how old are you?"
"I'm 17, and why is that important what so ever?"
"The last time percy requested something from the gods was that if a child is over 13 years of age they should be claimed. so lets hope that happens at dinner!"
"I just hope its either Apollo or Athena."
"Ooooh, Apollo, if you are in the Apollo Cabin you will meet my boyfriend."
"Wait.*SILENCE* you have a boyfriend awwwwwwwww That is awesome dude!"
"Howcome you are not at all surprised that I am gay?"
"Because, I respect EVRYTHING. So you just got lucky that I didn't say 'ewwww' or anything"
We talked and all, and this guy is AWESOME! I think it is about time to tell him about the lame 'child of the earth' thing."So, I was talking with the gang and Annabeth said that this necklace *I pointed at my necklace* can only and ONLY be touhed by the child of the earth, and i thought it is really stupid because does that make anysense at all and I think it is totally fake an-"
"Serenity, you have to believe it because Annabeth doesn't lie, I know her, ALSO I was at my dads place and i found a book.... it had the exact same necklace that your wearing in it, and to be more clear you WERE made by the earth and how? you ask, well, basically you were created by nature and I still don't fully understand but that makes your parents, elements like fire, water, air, plants,light,dark, and a million other things."
I raised an eyebrow but I STILL did not believe this. Anyway, we saw Hazel and frank running towards us.
"NICO!" Hazel shouted. She ran up to him and hugged him
Gaaawhhwwh. Frank was trying to catch his breath because Hazel is a really fast runner.
"Oh my gods, Nico! You have been gone for a freaking year! Where were you!?"
"Hazel I was gone for a few hours, what are you talking about?" Nico asked Hazel and Frank raised an eyebrow, and as if on cue percy,Annabeth,piper,Jason, and Leo ran up to us yelling,"GUYS IT'S NICO. WHERE WERE YOU, YOU LITTLE PUNK! IT HAS BEEN A FREAKING YEAR!" Percy yelled.
And of course I had to crack a smile, "Nico, A.YEAR. and hey dude, you have grown so much taller man!" Everyone yelled a bunch of things at once, and then there's me just standing there smiling like an idiot.
Nico was still as confused as hell which I laughed at. "Hey, looks like you met Serenity?" Frank said. Nico smiled and nodded.
"BUT, still dude a YEAR you got us worried sick! I mean you coud've told me! it is NOT fun to stay in the Hades cabin for a year ALONE!" Hazel exclaimed. WAIT.
"Wait, you guys are brother and sister! what else are you people hiding!?" I asked but, unfortunetly, Chiron called over for dinner.we all ran, at least the others ran but of course, I walked and i almost lost it when someone yanked me back and covered my mouth very harshly with their hand. I was dragged in what looked like the woods then pushed on a tree.
"Whats your name!?" A girls voice asked, and just to let you know i was blindfolded. anyway, back too the girl. "I SAID WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!" She screamed at me.
"S-s- Serenity O-o- Ortiz." I studdered, The voice gasped and started repeating the same words, "oh my gods it can't be!" The kidnapper slowly unblindfolded me.
And then I saw My Long Lost sister, Coral, standing in front of me.
.NO.WAY.
But then another wave of realization hit me. How could I see the woods when I was blindfolded?
