Chapter 2- "The New House"

Sabre's POV

~Time skip a few months~

"I'm bored, and I don't know what to do." Galaxy Steve whined. He's been like this all day! I've been working on a new house for us since Dark Steve destroyed our last one. Rainbow Steve went out to get some supplies. "If your bored, then why don't you go find a pond and go fishing?" I asked a bit annoyed.

"But then I won't have anyone to talk to! Cause you'll be over here working on our new house!" Galaxy Steve fought back. "Well then go make a sandwich or something! I don't know! Help me with the house? Actually no- it'll give me OCD if it's not done correctly." I said, trying to give him ideas to solve his boredom. "Oo! I have an idea! I'll go make a sammich!" Galaxy Steve exclaimed happily.

I tried as hard as I could not to 'yell' at him for taking the idea I gave him and calling it his own. "Wait- did you just call it a.. sammich?" I asked realizing what he said. "Uhm... did I?" He asked confused to whether he did or not. I facepalmed. Did he really just do that? Well- I guess that's part of 'not remembering very well.' "Ok well, you do you and I'll finish this house." I said, dropping the conversation and continuing placing the wooden planks. "Ok!" He yelled, running off.

A few minutes later Rainbow Steve came running back from getting the supplies. "I FINALLY GOT THEM!" He shouted while trying to catch his breath. I placed the last plank down and ran over to Rainbow. "Dude! You were gone for hours! How much supplies did you get!?" I asked almost concerned. Keyword; almost. "Here- I'll give them to you." Rainbow Steve said, going into his inventory and throwing everything he got onto the ground.

"DUDE! YOU GOT US ENOUGH BUILDING MATERIALS TO LAST US WEEKS!" I shouted, amazed that he got this much stuff in only a few hours. "Well hey! At least we won't have to go out and get materials for a while!" He exclaimed. I mean- I guess that is true. "Hey- did you happen to get anything to build machines? I think we're running low on that stuff as well.." I asked trying to think of how much we have left. "Oh- no.. sorr-" Rainbow Steve started before getting interrupted by Galaxy Steve.

"I MADE A SAMMICH!!" Galaxy Steve exclaimed, running around the corner of the house with his arm up and a sandwich in his hand. "See?! You did it again! You called it a SAMMICH!" I yelled, some what trying to make a point. "What are you talking about?" He asked as if he really did not remember calling it a 'sammich.' "Oh my god... you know what- nevermind. Galaxy why don't you go and eat your sandwich, and Rainbow Steve, it's alright. I can go out later and go get resources to build a machine." I said mumbling the first part.

"Ok!" Galaxy Steve said, running off to probably go find a pond to go fishing. "Alright! I see you got the house all done?" Rainbow Steve asked, intrigued. "Yup! Including the inside! It is 2 stories tall!" I replied proudly while looking at what I built. "Nice! Mind if I go take a look on the inside?" Rainbow asked. "Sure! Do you want me to give you a tour?" I asked since he hasn't exactly seen the house yet and might get lost.

I'm not gonna lie- I got lost while building it. That's how many twists and turns there are. "Sure! I'll go get Galaxy Steve so he can get a tour as well!" He replied, running off. "Alright!" I said while he went and got Galaxy Steve. I think it would be better if Galaxy Steve also got a tour because knowing him, he'll get lost pretty easily on the way to the bathroom or something.

"Okay! We're ready!" Rainbow Steve exclaimed while running back over with Galaxy Steve. "Alright! Let's go!" I exclaimed. "Yay!!" Galaxy Steve shouted in excitement.

~Time Skip to after the tour~ (I'm sorry for all the time skips but fair warning- there will probably be a lot more in the future)

"Woah..." Galaxy Steve and Rainbow Steve said in unison. "I never knew you could build houses so good Sabre! Why didn't you tell us??" Rainbow Steve shouted, punching my arm playfully. "Yeah Sabre! Why didn't you tell us you were so talented with building things??" Galaxy Steve said sounding offended. "Well sorry I didn't know you guys would be interested in building skills!" I exclaimed, offended that Rainbow Steve punched me. "Well why wouldn't we??!" Said Steve fought back.
