Chapter 16- "Cwispy"

Sabre's POV

I oughta thank Dark Steve for putting this barrier up around me.

I don't know why the ground around me is withering and dying but I'm afraid of what would have happened if Illusion Steve stepped in this vicinity.

Although one thing I'm not that great-full for is the fact that I can't hear anything that's going on outside of this bubble.

I can tell that they're talking to each other but I can't hear anything.

I'm alone with my thoughts in this thing.

Although I am very great-full for this barrier that was put around me, I'm still burning from the stupid sun!

"I wish it were nighttime...." I quietly said to myself.

I swear- I'm gonna get some 3rd degree burns from the sun.

Ever heard of that happening?

I know I haven't. :/

I'm gonna be the first one to get 3rd degree burns from nothing but the sun.

That doesn't sound very nice.

If anything, it sounds very mean.

I looked up and through the dark tinted dome and I see Nightmare Steve fighting the scientists with fireballs and lightning.

Illusion Steve's head about to blow off from anger.

And Dark Steve trying to calm him down.

I'm watching as they silently fight it out when all of the sudden, everything goes black.

Nightmare Steve's POV
(Sabre's pov will be back after he wakes up)

I'm fighting these stupid scientists off when the next thing I know, I hear Dark Steve call out my name.

"NIGHTMARE..!" He yelled.

I got one last good hit on them, then turned around to see Sabre fully on the ground, passed out probably due to the sun.

Yes I know about all of his forms.

Including the 'new' one.

"Don't think we won't be back for him!" The lead scientist yelled as they teleported back to their world.

"Oh my god. Would you just SHUT UP?!" I yelled during their teleportation.

Once I calmed down, I rushed over to the dome around Sabre.

"Illusion Steve, right?" I asked for clarification on his name.

He nodded his head in approval.

"Go get Rainbow Steve and if Galaxy Steve wants to come too, then he can." I told him.

He teleported away to do what I asked.

"Dark Steve, how is he holding up?" I asked the Steve beside me.

Dark is a little bit closer to Sabre than I am. Which is partially why I asked him.

"He doesn't look too good, it seems the dome didn't help with the sun at all. Although, why do we need Rainbow Steve?" He asked, confused.

"We need him to help us get Sabre back to their house since he's able to use levitation and we can't physically touch Sabre without instantly dying while he holds this form." I explained my plan to him.

"Oh yeahh... that's the whole reason why I put the dome up around him. So that no one would accidentally run up and touch him." Dark Steve replied.
