Chapter 3 Part 13 (Trial)

Chloe: Let's get this over with.

Tan Liang: So it's happening again... Deja vu huh...

Hanako: Don't worry, we can do this.

Ashton walked in.

Ashton: Sorry I'm late guys, let's go.

The stage fell into two and the elevator rose up from the middle and its doors opened up. It was nothing new, but with every trial comes some surprise we've never encountered. We all know by now, today's trial will be nothing like the last two. But I convinced myself that we would find the killer, there's two victims this time, there's twice the amount of evidence, we'll be able to guess it.

We'll come out one person less than before.

We stepped into the elevator and the doors closed slowly once more. We were all silent throughout the ride down, and I felt a few eyes stare suspiciously at me, scanning my facial expressions for clues. The glares cut into me like swords and I began wondering if I really didn't murder those two who I claimed to be my friends. What's wrong with me? Am I going crazy?

The elevator stopped and the doors slid open, my mind was all over the place. Am I really ready for this trial? Probably not, but I'm going to try anyway. I stepped out of the elevator into the familiar trial room.

Miyoshi, the ultimate mathematician, the one who helped us with so many things, who took care of us, because she was our friend. The one who wanted to go to that school for ultimates so badly, only to be killed in this ruthless game. Alyssa, The ultimate pharmacist, the one so carefree. She said she'd die eventually, and I guess she was right. For the sake of our friends who were killed together, we'll solve this case, just like how we did the two times before, and we'll either do that or die trying.

We walked up to our stands, they looked the same as before.

Monokuma file three
The victim is Miyoshi, the ultimate mathematician. The body was found in the ice rink locker room. The cause of death is the neck being slit open by a sharp object. Other external injuries include the limbs, forehead and lower torso being punctured by long, sharp metal wires. The time of death is around 2am.

Ladder
There was a ladder in the ice rink locker room. The killer probably used it to hang Miyoshi's body on the ceiling.

Words on ceiling
The words "Dirty Liar" were written in blood on the ceiling, surrounding Miyoshi's body.

Broken phone
There was a broken phone stuck into the slit in Miyoshi's neck.

Giant staple bullets
There were metal wires shaped like giant staple bullets, inserted into different parts of Miyoshi's body.

Holes in ceiling
There were small holes in the ceiling, where Miyoshi's body was hung.

Glue on door hinge
There was glue on the locker room's door hinges.

Monokuma file four
The victim is Alyssa, the ultimate pharmacist. The body was found in the ice rink, where the victim was also killed. The cause of death was a stab wound to the abdomen, which can be seen from the back. There are no other external injuries. The time of death is around 2am.

Alyssa's Note
There was a note that wrote "Alyssa, meet me at the ice rink locker, let's have a little chat." The name of the sender was blanked out. There was blood splattered on the note. It was on the ice rink floor, near Alyssa's body.
