With the situation that was going on, Taehyung had almost forgotten the cause for it: His marriage. Void of personal attachments with fellow princes, Taehyung had grown up with Jungkook. Communication wasn't something he was comfortable with. When he had received the information that he was to get married to the princess of Kingsland, all he could ever do was shut up and accept it. Because, at some point, he knew that there had to come a day like this in his life. Where he would be crowned as the King, unknown responsibilities dumped on him. For example: Marrying someone.

Marriage was something that Taehyung had looked upon as a blessing. Something so holy that should only be done righteously, with someone who you love and who equally loves you. But ever since his beliefs were broken, marriage was something that he was least interested in.

Currently, the said man was in his room pacing back and forth and thinking about the things he should do when his fiancé arrives.

And as if on cue, the door opened as Jungkook entered the room.

"Master, Her Highness is here" He spoke and looked at Taehyung who nodded and walked out of his room.

No words were exchanged between them as they simply walked to the entrance and saw the carriage in front of the gates.

Taehyung walked near the carriage and waited for the princess to come out. He extended his hand for the princess to take, who gently smiled at him and accepted his hand, climbing down the carriage.

"Did you meet with any difficulties reaching here, princess?" Taehyung asked as he kissed the back of her gloved hand.

She smiled and replied "I did not. In fact, the ride was pretty exciting since I was impatiently waiting to meet his highness"

Taehyung did not know how to respond to that, so he just smiled back at her and took her inside the castle.

She looked around and finally got her eyes stuck on the man standing in front of them.

"This must be Jungkook, his highness's servant?" She asked and noticed the said man bow down.

"Good Evening, Your Highness" He spoke but received nothing but a cold stare from her.

She ignored Jungkook's greeting and turned towards Taehyung with a smile who was awkwardly glancing at the two.

"If your highness has some time, can his highness take me for a tour of the castle?" She asked, wrapping her arm around Taehyung's who felt weird since it was his first time interacting like this with someone he barely knows.

"Gladly" Taehyung smiled at her and they started to walk, Jungkook walking behind them when Mijin stopped and turned back.

"Jungkook, I wish to be with his highness alone. So if you may..." She spoke coldly and noticed the man bow down after a second or two.

He glanced at Taehyung who had no expressions on his face and left.

The two then went towards the castle gardens first, as Taehyung explained the architecture and little details to her as she clung to him.

The princess's motive was to spend some time alone with the prince so that she could get to know him better, but Taehyung did not know the reasons behind her request and took it as if she really wanted to take a tour of the castle.

Taehyung pointed towards the daisies that were blooming in the front and spoke. "Daisies are one of my favourite flowers"

"I am glad to know that, prince because they are my favourite flowers too!" She cheered up which made Taehyung's face light up too as he flashed a smile at her.
