Chapter 46 : Surrender

Wilbur POV

We've been fighting for who knows how long-I mean who keeps track of that? I can see Quackity running away naked across the battlefield. I saw Dream placing down an End crystal.

"Is he crystalling?!" Tommy shouted, eyes wide. I look down to see him being shooted by people.

"He definitely shouldn't do the crystals!" I see Y/n did some trick and the crystal disappeared but still created a small explosion.

"For a man who knows something about 11 and half stacks of TNT, I'm telling you do not use the crystals!" I laughed nervously. It would get lit if he did that. I mean-we were still gonna lose and I was still going to blow this place up.

Dream approaches me and tries to land a hit but Techno immediately swoops in and saves my ass. He blocks Dream's axe with his sword and they continue to fight. I run away knowing that Techno was more than capable of handling these kind of things. 

Arrows rain on me. I see someone shooting at me with his arrows. I quickly take cover in the nearest Tree. I see Thunder running away from the war. I was blood-thirsty so I killed him with a single slash from my sword. The battle continued as I ran past everyone. I saw Karl carrying Sapnap away from everyone. Fundy tried his best to protect Niki who was limping, Skeppy was taking cover for Bad and Dream and Techno continue to clash their weapons. 

I smiled. This was all as I predicted. And soon everything was going to end. You saw Dream running away from Technoblade across the podium. 

"ITS DREAM!" Quackity yelled.

"GET HIM!" I commanded everyone. They all start to chase him. Sapnap and Karl was trying to slow them down by shooting them with arrows. I watch Dream flee and eat an enchanted apple. I took this chance to go and walk away.

Tommy's POV

We all chase Dream. Techno was leading the way and we all followed. This was it. We were going to win. We were going to get L'manberg back. I shoot Dream with my arrows but he swiftly dodges all of them. I grunted annoyed. He turns back once he finishes eating a gapple or god apple. He attacks Techno with his axe. Techno slightly struggled with balance but manage to firmly plant his feet. Karl shoots us with arrows. I shoot back with harming. I winced when one of his arrows hit me in the shoulder. I was now on fire.

"WATER! SOMEONE PLACE WATER!" I screamed. Bad places water and jump in (Tommyin)it. I sighed in relief. I splash a healing pot and continue to shoot arrows as the two men in the middle continue to battle and surprisingly they dodged every landing arrow near them. It was like dance battle with weapons on how they exchange attacks and blocks. But soon it had to end.

"WE SURRENDER!" Dream yelled holding his arms up. Everyone stopped what they were doing. i laugh. Dream? surrender? That was so unbelieveable.

"You? Surrender? Are you for real?" I asked mockingly. 

"Dream what the fuck are you saying? We can't surrender!" Sapnap scolded. This was surprisingly amusing to watch.

"I'm serious! We surrender! We only fought back because you guys began shooting arrows at me for no reason. I mean-can't a guys walk on his own server?" He reasoned. I stared at him. I mean we did technically attack him with no reason so I guess...

"Ok Dream." I accepted his surrender. You look around as everyone cheered. But I noticed there were missing people.

"Hey uh-guys. I think there's people missing." I said looking around. 

"Wait-you're right. Where's Y/n?" Tubbo asked.

"And Schlatt, where are they?" Fundy added. Dream instantly rushes towards the van. We all follow him, confused why he ran off like that. We watch as he kicks open the door and enter the van. 

"What is he-" I mumble and enter the room. My eyes widen as do everyone else. The room was filled with blood and broken bottles all around, scattered on the floor. In the middle, lies Schlatt, dead, a huge cut across his chest. Did Y/n do this?

"Holy shit-"
"What the fuck happened here?"
"Did Y/n do this?"
"How did she even manage to that?"

Everyone began rambling about his death. I stared at Dream who said nothing. It looked like he was thinking about something. How could Y/n do this?

Little did everyone know that Dream was worried on what Schlatt could've told you. What things he filled your mind with. He was internally panicking. Questions began to flood his head.

Where were you?
Why did you this?
How can you do this?
Was it something he did?

What was happening?
