After breakfast, Amaris was called. Zarina, feeling down and lost remained silent on the entire wait before the execution. It wasn't long when Kiara came to take her for the execution.

"Zarina, your time is up." Kiara said, expressionless. Zarina just nodded. Kiara began putting chains on Zarina. Merlara grabbed Zarina's wrist. "You will be spared." She said as her grip tightens to Zarina. Quamara held the other wrist of Zarina. "Stay strong. You will not die." She added. Zarina scoffed. "As if the choice is upon us whether I die or not. It's better if I die, righ-"

Zarina's cheek turned to the side harshly as Kiara slapped her hard enough to make Zarina almost lose her balance. "Kiara!" Ertha said, shocked. "The choice is definitely on our hands, Zarina! Don't you see that?! And the choice is settled: You. Will. Live. And what are you saying that it's better if you're dead?! Are you seriously out of your mind to forget what you are at this crucial moment?! Snap back on your senses, dummy! Without you, our world and the mortal world, would be destroyed!" Kiara said angrily.

"Well, it wasn't my choice to be what I am!" Zarina shouted, tears welling up in her eyes. "And you can't back out in that anymore! It's already who you are and you must live it." Kiara said. Zarina just remained silent as silent whimpers escaped her mouth. Kiara can't help but bring herself to hug Zarina.

"All I want for you is to be strong. Don't lose hope now. You see how you're bringing us together? In just a short period of time, your first steps in uniting Lycans and Ailurans began. Not just that. You know that our lines are mortal enemies right? Well, for some reason, you are our weakness. As much as you're our weakness, you are our strength. We draw strength from you and so we need you to be strong. You are our leader. Now, chin up." Kiara cracked a smiled for Zarina as she looks at her eye to eye. Zarina wiped her tears.

"We're making a history, Zarina. Today, the Lycans and Ailurans gather to help the one favored by heavens. Hah! We'll be the talk of the century!" Quamara smiled. "Yeah. Also, it might be a good bedtime story for the kids in mortal world." Merlara chuckled with Ertha. Kiara and Zarina calmed down.

"Time is ticking. Kiara, you should bring her there before the queen suspects anything." Ertha said. Kiara nodded. "You can do it, Zarina." Ertha added. "No, we can do it." Zarina said.

Kiara began walking towards the execution place with Zarina. They are walking slowly so that they can still talk about their plan to escape. After talking about the plan, they began their casual talk.

"I never thought that you'd be someone who cares so much. It's just, wasn't on your appearance." Zarina chuckled. "Or did someone told you that i'm a total brutal Lycan who kills anyone who stands in the way?" Kiara smiled. "Yeah. Apparently, you caught the person who told me that. She told me that you're really great at fighting." Zarina added. "Merlara. I clashed with her before. To be honest, she's good at fighting too. I can't believe we're starting to get together." Kiara chuckled.

"And I can't wait to see our lines finally in peace. Though I don't feel too comfortable with all these identity thing I have with me. Most of the time, I really want to escape who I am and just run away." Zarina sighed. "Don't make me slap you again." Kiara glared. "Oh yeah, yeah. I... don't dare. Seriously, can a slap be trained? 'Cause that slap can seriously snap someone's neck and kill someone." Zarina joked. Kiara almost laughed but she realized that they are nearing the execution site.

"Hey. Don't make me laugh. I told you, I have a fierce reputation to uphold." Kiara erased her smile, containing her laughter and trying her hardest not to laugh. "It's about time you show them you're goofy side, you know? The Lycans need some happy therapy because they are so serious that their faces has wrinkles all over." Zarina said and Kiara turned really red by containing her laughter.
