DC One Shot And Imagines II

Dinah Lance- Alley (c)

You worked at the club with your girlfriend Dinah and during your break, you tended to both head out into the alley to have a smoke and just get to have a break from the people inside. She was stuck talking Sionis, so you headed outside ahead of her to wait for her to join you, knowing you wouldn't get your break back if you waited.

There were normally a few people down the alley, either your co-workers also taking a break, whether they were meant to or not, or maybe some patrons of the club doing their generally seedy behaviours, knowing everyone would turn a blind eye. Tonight, there was only one other person down the alley, a man that once he saw you, your face lit up by your lighter for a moment, he begun to approach you, stopping by your side, leaning his arms against the wall, either side of your face.

"You looking for some fun, baby?" He smirked down at you.

"Back off or you'll regret it," you frowned, trying your best to stand your ground and not be intimidated even though he was physically superior to you.

"Don't be like that," he said, biting his lower lip. "I know you want me."

You shoved his chest with your palm, but he didn't budge. "I said, back off."

He didn't move, so you decided to try and put some of your defence lessons from your girlfriend into action. You raised your knee as hard as you could, letting it collide with his crotch. He let out a yelp, taking a step back but before you could flee, he had grabbed hold of your arm in a tight grip.

You tried to fight out of his grasp, but it was futile as he was far stronger than you. With luck, the door to the club swung open, revealing Dinah who got straight into action, knocking the man away from you and hitting his head from the brick wall until he was left lying amongst the garbage.

"Are you okay?" She asked, rushing to your side, wrapping her arms around you.

You nodded your head.

"Good," she said softly. "Now, what the hell were you thinking?"

"In all honesty, I'm not really sure."

She shook her head at, pulling you back in for a tight embrace, not wanting to let you go.

"You're never coming out here alone again."
