Diana had been so busy with work that she had decided to treat you with a reservation to your favourite restaurant for a date. You were glad to spend any time with her and didn't need a fancy restaurant for that, but you appreciated everything that Diana did for you.

Although you weren't a huge fan of being dressed up or being seen in public, you put on a green dress that you kind of liked and hoped that you wouldn't look too terrible. You headed out to the bathroom where Diana was getting ready, and your heart immediately sunk. There Diana stood brushing her hair, wearing an identical green dress.

"I'll be right back," you croaked, rushing from the bathroom, back into your bedroom before Diana could say anything.

Normally, you were self-conscious, and it was hard to be seen around Diana seen as she was gorgeous, and you couldn't help but compare yourself to her, but it could only get worse when you were in direct competition in the same outfit. You fumbled with the zipper in your dress as you tried to shed it from your body as tears cascaded down your cheeks onto the fabric. The zipper had barely budged when Diana's warm hands rested on your arms, bringing you back to her.

"What's wrong?" She asked softly.

"I don't know how to do this," you sobbed.

"How to do what?"

"How to ever want to be seen with you. I can never be as beautiful as you."

She held you softly, calmly humming until you stopped crying enough that she could speak with you.

"What makes you think this?"

"My dress is five sizes bigger than yours and look how different we look. You're so stunning and I just look frumpy and hideous," you cried.

Diana shook her head. "Do not speak like that. Our bodies are different but that isn't a bad thing. Everyone is different but that doesn't make anyone less beautiful than one another. We both look beautiful in these dresses even if our bodies don't look the same. Just because one person is beautiful, it doesn't mean that someone else isn't and there certainly isn't one definition of beauty."

"But I will never look anything like you, my body will never be like yours."

"And that isn't a bad thing. You cannot compare your body to mine because we are different people from different lands, even siblings do not look the same and that doesn't mean that there is a problem with one of them. As long as you are healthy and you can find happiness in your own body, there is no reason to seek to be someone else."
