Dan POV
Phil was already there,waiting for me, patient and as nerds as ever.I smiled at him as he looked at me.He smiled back and it looked kinda fake and forced but I didn't mention it."So phil,how are you?" I started.I mentally slapped myself.Dan you are so so awkward.Phil looked at me,smiling again.Definitely fake.Definitely forced."I'm confused" said phil laughing a little.We sat in silence for a while until Phil muttered "We could go to mine and watch a film,if you want" he looked at me awkwardly,almost worried at what my answer would be.I stood up and pulled on his hoodie,making him stand up and showing his blue Mario top.Freaking nerd I thought to myself.Not in a mean way.Mario is cool.Phil grinned as he gained his balance and sorted out his hoodie "I take that as a yes" he said laughing again.He was smiling probably now.Phil's smile was contagious to say the least.He started walking to his house and I walked by his side,having a conversation about Mario kart and Pokémon and other video games.
