It had taken some arguments and location looking to chose a date, time, and place for the wedding. Toph wanted it in the summer but you wanted it at the beginning of fall. Toph also wanted to have it in the afternoon at the flower field you would walk in alone but you wanted to have it on the beach. About three weeks later you finally decided that it would be nice to have the wedding on a summer evening and in the flower field so you scheduled it to be on July 24. When you had it all planned Toph was ready to be over the moon and finally get to call you her wife. hey (y/nn) you know what I want to do after we get married? What? call your wifey for the next week. Aww, Toph I love you so much. What are you gonna wear at the wedding and don't get smart with me and just say clothes. I'm going to be wearing a suit. dresses are just not my thing. Ok.
(Time skip cause I'm in a rush)
When you went dress shopping you picked a long flowing dress with a flower pin so it would blow in the warm breeze but you also wouldn't suffocate in the dress. You also chose it because Aang offered to give Toph sight for the week before and the wedding. (pretend Aang has that power.) When Aang gave her sight you both of you were in tears. You from her being able to see you and you could see her eyes clearly and her from being able to see everything around her.
(Time Skip)
The day of the wedding was the most emotional for both of you. Especially to who could see. She was trying to hold her tears in as she saw you with your hair partially up and your dress flowing behind you as katara walked you down the aisle. (Sokka couldn't make it and Aang is sorta the priest.) As you reached the alter all Toph wanted to kiss you but she also had enough strength to hold back for a few more minutes. Do you Toph take (y/n) to be your lawfully wedded wife through sickness and through health? I do! Do you (y/n) take Toph to be your lawfully wedded wife through sickness and through health? I do! I now pronounce you wife and wife you may kiss one another. Those words were all it took for Toph to lunge forward for a passionate yet forceful kiss. As you pulled away for air you gave her one more kiss before outfit change. And it was now just a soft and passionate.
