Adrien's POV:

"Plagg? What are you doing here?" My former Kwami glared at me.

"You know pure as hell why I'm here. You completely left me! And Mar- Ladybug! Do you know the trouble you've put us both through?" Plagg's rage was unleashed upon me.

"Of course I knew the trouble I've put you all through, why do you think I left! You're both better off without me." My voice rose to level with his. Plagg shook his head in disbelief.

"You're something, Adrien. Ladybug has been worried sick, so have I by the way. Come back to us, please." Tears had begun to form in the camembert obsessed Kwami.

"I'm sorry, Plagg. I just can't do it anymore." My own heart broke. My mind was telling me this was the right choice, but it was obvious my heart didn't agree.

"Please don't tell Ladybug who I am... I can't bring myself to see her with or without the mask." Although, seeing how far she'd go to find me would prove to be very interesting.

"However, Ladybug may look for me as much as she wishes, trying to find out who I am. When she does, I want to talk to her about this in person, until then, find another Chat noir. Do you understand, Plagg?" Looking into his cat-like eyes.

"You always have to be so extra, this is why I like Camembert, it doesn't run away whenever I eat it." I sighed in annoyance.

"All you ever think about is cheese." I huffed.

"Well, have fun being a loner, Adrien Agreste." Plagg laughed before flying away, probably back to Ladybug.

Marinette's POV:
Nino and Alya sat on the opposite side of the bench, giving each other their undivided attention. It's like they didn't even acknowledge Adrien's disappearance?

"I'll be back, I have to uh- Go do something." Alya stopped talking to look at me, smiling.

"Okay, girl. Have fun!" Right, have fun.

Now, where to start? Tikki zipped up in front of me.

"Marinette? What are you doing?" she questioned.

"Adrien left just after class finished, I have to find him and make sure he's alright. I just... Don't know where to begin looking." I laughed at myself.

Seeing a black orb flying directly towards me, Plagg's green eyes appeared right in front of my face.

"What happened?" I asked, Plagg began to open his mouth, quickly shutting it and giving an unsure smile. Tikki and I stared blankly at each other, before turning back at Plagg.

"Plagg, What. Happened?" My voice firm.

"Well," Plagg started, with a sly giggle. "He basically said to find another Chat Noir, and that if you wanted him back, you'd need to find his identity on your own terms."

Rage bubbled from inside.

"HE DID WHAT?" That stupid, immature Cat.
"Oh when I find out who he is I'm going to be so furious."

"Marinette, calm down, let's just focus on what you're doing now." Tikki attempted to calm me down.

"Ohhhh, what's happening now? I hope you're about to go buy me some delicious Camembert." Plagg teased.

"Joke's on you, I have Camembert in my purse. But, no. I'm trying to find Adrien, he ran away from class as soon as the bell rang." explaining the situation to him.
