warning for spoilers: george lore!!

Dream takes a deep breath as he moves his character where it needs to go. He reads the script from his memory, and forces emotion into his words. He stands in front of George's character as DreamXD and speaks, using the voice changer to switch between tones and types of voices for the lore.

George begs him for tools, which makes DreamXD respond with hateful allegations that George is just using him. Dream winces at the words, wishing that it didn't have to be like this. It's just lore, he reminds himself, not real life. George's character denies this and explains how he needs protection from BadBoyHalo, armor and tools to survive, and for DreamXD to help him.

Dream follows George's character around aimlessly like he's supposed to. At one point, he switched to his regular voice and says in a soft voice, "George!" George's character stops as he turns to face him, "Dream?" Dream doesn't respond, which makes George go, "Dream!?" Dream starts to move his character towards George and switches his voice back to echo, "Hm, he's gone."

Dream ends up making a joke and gives George diamonds, which makes George chuckle softly. Dream laughs lightly back, and shakes his head at the screen trying to stay in character. Dream doesn't understand how George, who's barely acted before, can act like they're perfectly fine at the moment.

Things start to head south as Dream pranks Bad and Niki. George disapproved of his ways and starts to argue with Dream, and he even tries to explain and teach him what to do. Dream doesn't quite understand, but he does attempt to try and be better. Dream switched his voice to be deeper and cryptic, "Do you not like me?"

Dream feels a twinge in his heart, and it makes him sick. The word choice, the voice; it all just makes it seem like he's trying to hurt George, and not just in the lore. The words are starting to correlate to them in real life; does George not like Dream?
"I mean, I liked you, but you're being kind of weird right now" George admits, following the script. Dream wants to leave the call and game, but he can't.

The drama continues; George tries getting free stuff from DreamXD, and DreamXD turns dark. Dream follows the script, wincing as he speaks, "Look Ill give you the benefit of the doubt. I wanna be your friend!" Dream talks about George tricking him, which George denies. Then, Dream comes up with a plan for them to be friends and Dream to give him netherite.

"I'll be your friend" George decides. Dream has to hold his deep breath he wants to take.
"Forever?" Dream asks, he bites his lip. It hurts, it fucking hurts. These words, they're all starting to sound too real. George thinks for a moment, "Yes." Dream switched the voice, "And if you're lying..." He cuts himself off, "You'll be my friend forever?" His voice is filled with hope, and he worries George will take hint of it.

"I'll be your friend" George agrees. Dream turns to face him, hipe still evident in his tone, "Forever?"
"For..ever" George states. Dream questions him again, switching the voice in between. He then threatens George, who reassured him that he means it and will be his friend. Dream gives him full netherite armor, they joke around, then DreamXD puts on an enderdragon head.

George wants to take a picture to prove their friendship, so he gets beside DreamXD and positions himself. He demonstrates both his voice what Dream needs to do for the pose to get his full smile in the picture. Then, he takes the picture and says he'll post it. After a few more minutes, Dream leaves.

He stares at the picture of his Twitter and lets the tears pour after the hard work he just went through. He had to force himself to keep it together, and act completely normal to George even though he ruined him. He lets out a sob as he reads the tweet over and over again, and he begs for his said to be forever friend to come back to him.
