Tzuyu was sitting on her swivel chair, eyeing the papers placed on top of her table.. it's been a busy week for her and she isn't even sure if she's taking good care of herself. She often gets dizzy and her nose bleeds a lot, whenever the bleeding happens, Jihyo always rush inside her office and take care of her like before. Blood started to drip down from her nose and fell on the clean paper, she groaned and grabbed the tissue beside her. She wiped her nose and all of sudden, Jihyo barged inside the office. She approached Tzuyu and asks what's wrong, "your nose keeps bleeding thse days Tzuyu.. i think that's not good, you should go and see the doctor" Jihyo recommended but Tzuyu shook her head, "this is just.. bleeding, it's nothing serious" Tzuyu said so Jihyo smacked her on the head.

"don't say that, go to the doctor now" Jihyo said and went outside the room, Tzuyu sigh and sat back on her seat.. with a tissue on her nose. She stood up and grabbed her car keys on the table then went outside the building, ever since her brother murdered her parents.. Jihyo took good care of her like a true daughter. It's been too long yet what happened on the past still bothers her, the cuts still bleeds.. and whenever she sees her, it feels like her heart is being shattered. Letting her go is one of the most painful decision she has ever made in her life, just because other people sees her brother as a murderer.. that doesn't mean thats she is too, because of that she lose everything.. even the girl she truly loves through the years.

It took half an hour before Tzuyu reached the hospital, she cleared her throat and went outside the car. She went inside the hospital and went on the nurse's counter, the nurse knows her since her company is known worldwide and even her name, Chou Tzuyu. "what can i do for you Ms. Chou?" the nurse asked with a smile on her lips, Tzuyu sigh. "i would like to see a doctor for a check up" she said so the nurse hummed, she picked up the hospital's phone and called someone. She froze on her place when the nurse called a name she doesn't want to hear.. Sana.. that name hurts her. "one of our nurse will come and get you here at the bottom floor Ms. Chou, she'll take you to Doctor Lee's office so please wait for her" the nurse said so Tzuyu could only nod and felt her heart hurting again.

"hello Miss, let's take you to Doctor Lee's offic-" Sana didn't finish what she was about to say when Tzuyu faced her, her eyes suddenly becomes teary when their eyes met.. it's a small world indeed. Sana cleared her throat and turned her back to face her, "please.. follow me" Sana mumbled and walked away as tears fell on her eyes, it's been too long yet the pain is still with her.. the wounds in her heart turns to scars yet it still hurts. Tzuyu got no other choice but to follow her and the both of them entered the elevator, not knowing what to say.
