Fourth of July
(Taylor's perspective)
"Are you excited for our first Fourth Of July Party?" I asked.
"Yes!" Elizabeth said.
We baked and cooked all of the food yesterday so that we have everything ready. We have some decorations up and now we are just waiting for everyone to arrive.
"The weather on the news said it's going to be cloudy today. And it might even rain." I said.
"Awe that sucks. Are we still having the party?" Elizabeth asked.
"But it's too bad that it's raining." Elizabeth said.
"I'm sure we can still have fun." I said.
"How?" Elizabeth asked.
"We can have a slip and slide down the hill on floaties." I said.
Once everyone arrived Lena Dunham, Emma Stone, Jamie King,
We set up a slip and slide and road down on in a inflatable turtle. We fly down the wet grass from our inflatables and fly off of them rolling off in the wet grass.
We did that for a few hours until the rain stopped.
The rain stopped and it's just very cloudy now.
"Wanna go on a boat ride?" Emma asks.
"Yeah! Let's go on a boat!" I shout.
Everyone grabs their things and walk outside down the beach. We all climb on a boat and my walk over to the steering wheel and I started the boat.
We floated out onto the ocean until we are we few miles away from the shore. We all watched the water crash along the shore and we watched other boats go by us and they turn on their horns at us to say hello.
We make out back on the shore and it begins to rain again.
"We are all already wet. Let's go run into the ocean." Lena shouts.
"Yeah let's go swimming!" Emma said.
We put on our swimsuits and we all run into the ocean.
We shout at the sudden cold of the water and we all flash and try to dunk each other underneath the water.
We only swam in the ocean for a few minutes because of how freezing cold the water is and we all run back inside.

After we came back in from swimming in the ocean we all relaxed on the couch playing card games. We also made a cake that was decorated like the American flag.
Once it finally got dark fireworks start to go off and we all watch them onto the sky while we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores.
