Arthur and Linda left after five days. They were coming back in a few weeks for Bella's birthday and to meet the two babies that should be here by then. Carmine and Tony were making the trip as well.
Fast forward three and a half weeks.
Ada just had her baby girl and named her Addison Elena Gold. She was a beautiful baby and Ada was so happy to finally meet her. Scarlett on the other hand was still very much pregnant. Her due date was tomorrow and she was uncomfortable and so miserable. They flew Julia in so she could deliver the baby. Scarlett woke up with Tommy's arm around her and his hand on her stomach. The baby was kicking hard and fast.
"I think our baby is going to be an athlete." Tommy said.
"As long as it comes today...I don't care what it decides to be."
"Aren't you going to miss being pregnant?"
"No." She said quickly.
She turned over so her stomach was against his.
"Yes, I will miss it, but not the last two months."
"I can't wait to meet him." Tommy said.
          "We don't know that it's a boy."
"It is. I have a feeling."
She winced and Tommy sat up quickly.
"It's just the baby moving. That kick was close to my ribs."
They heard Myles crying and Tommy went to get him. He came back and set Myles on the end of the bed.
          "Mama!" He smiled.
He slowly walked to Scarlett and sat down beside her.
"Can you give me a kiss?"
He gave her a little kiss.
          "Thank you!" She smiled.
Myles was sitting right above Scarlett's bump with his head in her neck. Bella and Myles were very cuddly children and Scarlett loved it. It made her feel needed. Bella came in and cuddled with Tommy.
"Mommy, when is the baby coming?"
          "Hopefully today."
"Where did the baby come from?"
Tommy and Scarlett looked at each other.
"Who wants to go swimming?" Tommy asked.
          "Me!" Bella said.
Bella ran out of the room and Tommy helped Scarlett sit up and get off the bed.
          "Nice save." She said.
"I just think we have too much going on to have that talk."
          "You think?" Scarlett laughed.
They both changed and went down to the pool. Bella was occupied with Isaiah. She basically forgot about her parents ever since he moved in. They really helped each other heal from Finn's death without even knowing it. Julia came over and sat in the chair next to Tommy and Scarlett.
          "How are you feeling?"
"I'm ready for this baby to be here."
Julia smiled and nodded.
"Most babies aren't born on their actual due date, so don't panic if the baby doesn't come today."
Scarlett let her head fall back on the chair because she was frustrated. Julia grabbed her hand.
"You're right there, Scarlett. If anyone can do it, it's you."
          "Thank you." Scarlett smiled.
The day went on and no baby. Six more days went on and still no baby. It was the day before Bella's birthday and everyone was at the house, which didn't make hanything easier. Scarlett had her hands on her bathroom counter as she looked down. Tommy came in. He put his back against her and both of his hands on her stomach.
"Tommy, this baby has to come today or I'll just fucking die."
He had to hold in a laugh.
"You just made such a good home for our baby that it doesn't want to come out."
"Fuck what it wants. I'm the one suffering and I want it out. Now."
Tommy couldn't hold in his laugh this time. She turned and looked at him and he got quiet, fast.
          "Did you just laugh?"
          "No. I would never."
Scarlett was about to say something until she heard how loud everyone was downstairs. She was happy they were there, but she was just miserable so it was hard for her to enjoy the company. She sighed and dropped her head.
"I can kick them all out." Tommy said as he grabbed her face.
          "No, they're here for Bella."
He kissed her.
"Come on, let's go on our walk." He said.
They walked everyday and swam in the pool because exercising is supposed to help naturally induce labor. They walked downstairs and everyone was there as loud as can be.
"There she is." Carmine said softly.
She gave him a half smile.
          "Still pregnant?" Arthur joked.
"What gave me away?" Scarlett said and then walked out.
Tommy hit the back of Arthur's head.
"What did I say about the jokes." Tommy scolded.
Tommy grabbed two waters from the fridge and walked outside to catch up with Scarlett. They finished their walk and then got in the pool to cool off. Everyone else was still inside eating when Julia came out.
"You hanging in there?" She asked.
"No...there has to be another way. We've tried everything. We've walked, swam, tried spicy food...nothing is working." Scarlett said.
          "Well there is another way."
"What is it? We'll do anything." Tommy said.
          "Sex."
They both had confused faces.
"Sex can be a jumpstart to contractions." She added.
They both nodded and Julia walked away. Scarlett looked at Tommy.
          "Pants off, Shelby."
He raised his eyebrows and she grabbed at the waistband of his pants. Tommy grabbed her wrists and laughed.
          "Come on, Tommy. Fuck me."
"You want me to fuck you right out here in the open?"
She started to kiss his neck and then kiss him. He laughed as he pulled away.
          "Scarlett."
          "Tommy." She whined.
"I'm not doing it here." He laughed.
"Please. Help your miserable wife." She said as she kissed his neck.
She pulled away and gave him a sad look he couldn't say no to. Tommy kissed her and grabbed her hand.
          "Let's go."
They got upstairs and were undressed as they were on the bed. They were kissing, but Scarlett's belly was in the way.
"Scar, how are we going to do this?"
          "I'll get on top."
He tried to hide his facial expression.
"I'm not going to crush you."
          "I didn't say that."
"But you were thinking it." She said as she got on top of him.
They carried on for a little while, but were interrupted by Bella knocking on the door.
"Mommy?"
She looked at Tommy.
"Just keep going. I'm close. If we don't answer she'll think we're not in here." He said.
She slapped his arm.
"Tommy!"
"You started this...now finish it." He said.
"Mommy!" Bella yelled again.
"I'm coming."
"Well I'm not." Tommy sighed.
Scarlett shook her head as she got off of him.
"What am I supposed to do?" Tommy asked.
"What you did before you could get a woman." She said as she got dressed.
          "Scarlett."
"Don't forget to wash your hands." She joked.
He threw a pillow at her as she walked out. Tommy came down a little bit later. Scarlett was drinking a smoothie as she held Myles. He walked over to her and got a drink.
"Did you have fun?" She asked.
"Not funny."
She kissed him.
          "I love you."
"And I love you a little less now." He said.
She smirked and kissed him again.
          "Not possible."
He smiled and shook his head. The day turned into night and Tommy and Scarlett were putting Bella to bed.
"You will wake up and be six tomorrow! Are you excited?" Scarlett asked.
"Yes! I can't wait to eat cake."
"Well the faster you go to sleep the faster you can eat all the cake you want." Tommy said.
Bella immediately closed her eyes like she would fall asleep right then. They kissed her goodnight and then put Myles down. The couple walked downstairs and sat on the couch. They loved sitting in the dark living room with lit candles. It was empty and quiet and something they did almost every night just to be together and de-stress. They were on the long part of the sectional as Tommy stretched out on the inside. He put his arm around Scarlett as Ash rested his head on the top of Scarlett's bump. She felt movement from the baby and Ash quickly lifted his head and barked at her stomach. They both laughed and Scarlett rubbed his head.
          "It's okay, Ash." She said.
Before he could lay his head back on her, the doorbell rang. Ash jumped up and ran to the door. Tommy went to get up, but Scarlett stopped him.
"You've done so much for me lately. Sit and relax. I'll get the door." She said as she struggled to get up.
Scarlett walked over to the door and Ash sat in front of her as she opened it. Her eyes went wide when she saw who it was.
"Scar, who is it?" Tommy yelled from the living room.
