!this is an awake method!

-lay or sit down wherever you want.

-(optional) you can meditate and/or listen to subliminals.

-once you feel relaxed, repeat "I am" in your head until you feel symptoms, for example: tingling, twitching, etc.

-start saying your affirmations.

-you can continue saying your affirmations or you could visualise/think about what'll happen in your DR.

-you can feel your surroundings change. you can hear voices from your DR, lights, other sounds, etc. (symptoms are different for everyone so it's okay if you don't!)

-and when you know your surroundings changed or you have the symptoms you scripted to have when you arrive in your DR, open your eyes.
