-meditate for 5-10 minutes (optional)

-lay down in a starfish position.

-focus on breathing and visualizing your DR room.

-once you've relaxed and visualized your DR room, imagine a little door (like in the movie).

-open the door and you'll see the tunnel

-go through the door, and you'll be in your DR room

-if you're doing it as a sleep method, you can lay in your DR bed and fall asleep
