-make sure u have a heartbeat sound on youtube or spotify that is about 30 minutes long ready on your phone/Ipad/tablet.

-put your phone under your pillow.

-imagine that you're laying on someone's chest from your DR.

-say affirmations like: "I am shifting onto [person's name]'s chest".

-when the sound is done, imagine that the person is in front of you.

-they will ask you if you are ready to shift, then you say yes.

-then imagine them reaching out, take their hand and walk to a door.

-open the door and walk through it.

-you'll feel like you are falling.

-*sleeping version* fall asleep and you'll wake up in your DR

-*awake version* wait until you feel your surroundings change and/or you feel the signs you scripted to feel when you shift.
